For the most part, me too. I've got too much to play already, and not enough time to play it.
Mainly System Shock; also Turok but only at a high discount (I think 18€ are really too much). Possibly WH40K: Chaos Gate as well.
I will buy dark souls 3 but i'm well not stuck in 2 it seemed easy spider but then i died. So I play that sometime after fallout 4 and second souls. I need souls. More souls.
With a backlog like mine everything has to be in a really good sale to tempt me. No Man's Sky is probably top of the list.

Luned: I'm waiting for Armello to hit 50% off. If the dev hadn't pulled a last-minute "Oh, no, wait, we're not going to release it here when we said we would because stripping DRM is really hard!", I would have purchased it Day 1. So I decided that my perceived value for the game had gone down by 50%.

Forty percent off right now is still above my personal price point.
I fell for it. Bought Armello on Steam. Was pissed when it actually showed up here.

I'm with you on this one (I also would have liked a "slapped together" campaign with maybe a few unique boards / win conditions, an interesting NPC card or two and a loose story - not much, just something).

The one I keep waiting for and feel REALLY guilty about is Kerbal Space Program. I even really want to support the game with a solid purchase, but for whatever reason I keep waiting waiting waiting.
Currently Rune,Anno 1404,Defender of the Crown and few others

Mark of the Ninja, Prison Architect, Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number, probably Bastion, maybe Her Story, The Longest Journey, Rebel Galaxy, Grim Dawn. There are a number of others on my wishlist, but most of those fall into the "might buy on a whim" category.
Sixty percent off is pretty much the minimum discount that might entice me to buy something, and the final price should ideally be no more than 2 or 3 bucks (though I'll occasionally pay 5-8 for a newer title, if I'm in a spendthrift mood =P ).

Star Trek: 25th Anniversary, Shadow Watch, and Warhammer 40,000: Chaos Gate.
Eh, pretty much stuff I put on my wishlist. As far as being more specific...

Steam:
Waiting for a deeper discount on DMC4:SE, Wolfenstein: The New Order, and Cities: Skylines.

GOG:
Witcher 3 + DLC and Trails in the Sky SC.
Pillars of Eternity - The White March I & II

Terrapin2190: Namely Settlers 3.
Go for it. It is on sale right now. :)
Transistor. Missed it during insomnia.

Always on sale when I was sleeping :) And because there were so many repeats of games I already bought from gog in the past I couldn't be bothered staying awake in the hope something "might" show.

Ah well them's the breaks

And Rayman Legends if it ever comes to gog!

And any Sid Meier's Civilization games if they make it to gog too!

Anyone know if Prince of Persia the Forgotten Sands is ever coming too?

Good one Ubisoft releasing games. :P
Though they did add Raving Rabbids fairly recently.
I have Transistor, I'm not sure if I like it. To be fair I've only played about 10 minutes so far.
