BKGaming: Well I've found the community to be helpful before and would rather ask here since there are a good amount of Linux users that may have these games before contacting support which isn't that quick.
I have navigated to the Door Kickers directory and run sudo chmod +x start.sh and nothing happens... no output in the terminal. I downloaded the deb installers as there easier and it said all dependencies were installed so I should have them all, A tarball is just an archived version of the game, so shouldn't that be no different than what I technically already have?

Try running gog-door-kickers via terminal, don't worry about being in a particular location as most GOG linux games are universal meaning you can start them anywhere via terminal.
Let me know if you see any errors when trying to run gog-door-kickers in terminal. I think you may be missing a library or two.
