Hilariously bad voicework kind of defines the Battletech genre.
Divine Divinity 1 will have you diving for the sound control panel within seconds.
Beyond Divinity keeps the bad voicework trend going.
Wizard of Wor had bad voice acting but that was in the early 1980s. Have no idea what it's saying.

yeah she's done a lot of great characters.
Pretty much any TechLand game.
The Batman: Arkham series has outstanding voice acting, helped in part to a lot of the voice actors from Batman: The Animated Series reprising their roles.

Most open world "GTA clone" games have great voice acting, in my experience. That includes the GTA games themselves, the Saints Row series, The Getaway series and especially Sleeping Dogs.

Vampire The Masquerade: Bloodlines has fantastic voice acting, even the "met 'em once and forget 'em" characters have strong voice acting.

The Cat Lady's voice acting is top notch, save for the audio fidelity being a bit off at points, as in certain lines sound like they were recorded off of Skype, which I think was the case in a few parts haha.

Dear Esther only features one voice, but it's very well done and the game would likely be worse with a different voice actor.

Bethesda's games have fairly bad voice acting, it seems they blow 95% of their voice acting budget on a celebrity who voices one character and the rest of the budget goes to the ten or so "C level" voice actors that do the voices of all the rest of the NPCs. The game that gets the worst beating for its voice acting is Oblivion, but oddly enough I like that game's voice acting over their other games.

Two Worlds 1 had some notoriously awful voice acting but I actually liked it. It was campy in all the right ways.

Blades of Time had me playing in German, because the main characters voice in English is just bad. No other way to put it, she just sounds terrible.
Thought of another one.

The Serious Sam voice DLC for Talos Principle is beyond classification.

For people who don't own Talos Principle,
You are a robot who "wakes up" in a deserted "world" full of puzzles & computer terminals.
There is a recorded message from the project creator that plays whenever you first enter a new area,
who gives you a basic explanation of the Talos project and so on.

The Serious Sam voice DLC replaces this with Serious Sam from the Serious Sam FPS games.
The Sam voice will either really amuse you, or make you switch back to the default voice fast.

I'll go with Resident Evil. The first one in the series had many cheesy lines which made me cringe (since that's just my opinion, some people might still find them to be good).

hm really? I find like half of The Cat Lady voice acting to be cringe material. Not that it's even bad in context how often the game turns into pure camp.
Gone Home has the best voice acting I've ever heard in any game.

Baldur's Gate 2 and Morrowind. But that was before every fucking line a game had to be voice acted.

Bad:
Wizardry 7 Gold.

I don't find voice acting terribly important as long as it doesn't break the immersion, most voice acting is pretty lame though people tend to give it high praise because they use the same voice actors over and over and the voices are familiar to them.
More often than not I rather read text dialogs that I can read fast than sit through hours of boring monologue even when it's done by very good actors.

My favorite game regarding voice acting is probably Anachronox, the actors are good and the dialogues are fantastic.

One of the worst examples of voice acting I've recently experienced is the English translation of Planet Alcatraz.
