Since Shadwen is missing it's level editor, I thought it would be nice to have a clear indication of which games were missing them. Until then, I think a GOGMix is in order.

What games are missing the level editors that were bundled with them? It can be from any retail or digital release.

Edit: GOGMix WIP

The tools used to build the game are not generally considered part of the product. So I don't think this will happen. Some companies do release the editors, but that is purely as a side thought, not as part of the commercial product

Nah that's not really true. Act of War, Warcraft 2 & 3, Starcraft, Command and Conquer - just to name a few - all came with a level editor which was part of the product.

Oh, to get started on the mix: Act of War comes with no editor but there's a workaround.

Here's a situation involving another service.

From what I understand, the Steam version of Morrowind lacks the Construction Set, which is that game's equivalent of a level editor.

The GOG version, on the other hand, *does* include the Construction Set.
Morrowind's construction set is available elsewhere though, just as it always was prior to the GOG release.
The fact that Shadwen's level editor is exclusive to Steam users is ridiculous. Supporting Steam Workshop is forgivable when modders can still make mods without a Steam copy of a game and upload the mods to other sites. To actually make the mods and modding tools exclusive to Steam like that is completely unacceptable. I'm so sick of seeing GOG users treated as second class citizens, and I'm sick of GOG allowing it to happen. It's even worse in this case since Shadwen was promoted here before release with the whole demo thing, which I'll note was done very deceptively by having the starting price at $35 when in reality the game's base price is only $17.

Definitely glad I didn't end up buying the game. Won't be supporting Frozenbyte anymore unless they change this.

Maybe a GOGMix would be good for this?

One is being compiled. I just wanted to make sure that it had a few entries first. :)
