Saints Row III Remaster (2973): Offline players can't save graphics options and "some other stuff", but 2974 seems to imply this is also the case for the Steam version. Should this be included on the list?
...
Just to clarify. Part of the "some other stuff" are character designs and several in game options. You need to launch Galaxy, start the game to change the settings, then you can continue to play offline. However, then you still can't save character designs like you can when Galaxy is running. This was not fixed since the release.
The comparison with Steam was meant like "Steam players can't play offline in the first place".
So yes, there is a functionality which GOG has, but Steam hasn't (that is playing offline, which is the case for most games that are sold on both Steam and GOG), but it's bugged and the dev doesn't care to fix it. Galaxy players are not threated as second class citizens, but offline players are.
