howdy folks!
this case may not be exactly for this topic but probably still worth a note.
Silent Storm Gold consists of two titles - Silent Storm itself and its Sentinels add-on. originally Sentinels was released as standalone, and, according to information from the Net, version of Sentinels included in Steam release of Silent Storm Gold does not require the original game to start.
although GOG version does, and Sentinels here doesn't start without original Silent Storm, despite that the add-on can be installed separately. this fact creates the impression that GOG version is inferior to Steam.
I don't use Steam and could not check it, but our comrade OMGJCABOMB definitely states that that's correct, and that GOG support isn't very fain to answer about that.

Yes, I have Silent Storm Gold Edition on both GOG and Steam, and I can confirm that the Steam version of Sentinels can be installed and played separately from the original game.

By the way, you don't even need to have it on Steam to make sure that Sentinels is a separate game there. You can use SteamDB to see that Sentinels has its own depots and doesn't use any depots from the original game.

It has always been a standalone add-on since the initial release. I have no idea why GOG decided to merge it with the original game into one library entry.

It would be nice if GOG finally will gave us the ability to install Sentinels separately, as originally intended by developers.

Barony: Blessed Addition seems to be missing DLC... not sure if the game is up to date. Didn't see it on the list. I only realized it because the game is coming to EGS and I just noticed it was on GOG.

Tales of Monkey island is back on GOG, so it can be moved from the removed games list.

I can't speak for whether they released the update that caused them to appear in the first place.

That was worded horribly.

There was a bug that caused horrible sound in episode 2.

The game had been fixed on Steam, but not on GOG.

It became a second class citizen because it was missing the sound fixing update.

For the game "Night Call" a patch that adds German text and additional content was released on Steam back in April. Yet in the GoG shop I don't see any mentions of the German language option.
Maybe someone who got the game can confirm if it is missing the newest patch?
Should be higher than game version 1.0.7.
