That's an amazing update. Team17 is one of the friendlier developers, when it comes to their GOG customers.

Either I'm doing something wrong or cross-play is not included. Achievements yes, but I can't make cross-play work at all. Player chat, on the other hand, is indeed shared between both platforms (I can talk with Steam players, but not play with them).

Not that friendly or even competent, The Escapists: The Walking Dead has a bug which makes it completely unplayable (crashes while loading) if Galaxy is not installed and running. They know about it and have for years but have never attempted to fix it.. If you report it to them you just get the standard run around "update drivers and Windows, if that don't work I don't know".
