I have...it doesn't work. :(

Did it find any Connect games for you, or only those are missing (and some others appeared fine)?

If none appeared, did you set all the Steam profile settings to Public in Steam?

Try doing the steps mentioned in this article:

If they don't work, click the refresh button that can be found below your Steam and GOG accounts.

If it still doesn't work, then you'll need to contact support:
https://support.gog.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Select "Account and Website" as the issue and "GOG Connect - games not added" as the problem type, fill in the rest of the fields and you should be good to go.
