Hello! I own about 8 games in my GOG library that are listed as available through Amazon Luna. However, 2 of those do not appear in my Luna library.

They are System Shock: Enhanced Edition, and System Shock 2.

I assume the fact they are from the same franchise is related to the cause of the issue.

I've seen other people mention games that Amazon gives away might appear under different IDs on the GOG store but I don't think that's related, as I purchased both games on GOG, SS2 in 2013 and SSEE in 2019.

Anyone know what's going on here?

If any smurfs have their direct messaging open, you could ask them. Perhaps open a support ticket. Not that I think support exists any more.

Are you serious about support? The page says they try to answer support tickets within 24 hours. But you say it just doesn't exist at all?

...well, even for some of us regulars have seen 2 months or longer for a reply.
