Hello. Yesterday, I changed my email in this account. then i restored it (rollback). Then all the games in my library disappeared. The username the date of birth and the avatar were changed. I search for the old username it says already taken. It appears as a new account. now

1. While logged in a web browser, open these links, one at a time. Just let the page load fully; there will be no special message or anything.
• https://www.gog.com/account/refresh
• https://www.gog.com/user/refresh

2. Check if your library is fixed. Press Ctrl+Shift+R on that page, which will reload it bypassing the browser cache.

3. If the problem persists, open a new support ticket. If you're having trouble with the chatbot, it should prompt you to create a support ticket if you repeatedly say its suggestions weren't helpful.
