RWarehall: Well, I see a list of 17 games you posted above...show me the proof for those...
It's a list of SteamSpy data for games not yet available here. My point was that there's not always a correlation with favorable numbers and games being released here. I didn't say they were all rejected. I'll edit my post to avoid confusion.

RWarehall: Except they didn't. I can't find anywhere where GoG rejected Skullgirls or Axiom Verge but I can find a post talking about Skullgirls and how Steamworks is essential to their multiplayer. I see how Axiom Verge has talked about "eventually" releasing a DRM-free version on GoG. I can find posts by Jonathon Blow talking about how he didn't like GoG's contract.

The problem is Barry keeps trying to convince people that all these games have been rejected by GoG when this isn't exactly true. It's not even clear all these developers really want to go DRM-free. Skullgirls has some sort of Anti-piracy popup that shows up in pirated copies.

For the most part , the developers who are complaining about being rejected really aren't selling many copies on Steam either...
Well I do hope there is a chance that Axiom Verge will make it to GOG. Metroidvania games are great!

Even Amok...look show me where it was rejected...I searched, can't find any mention anywhere where it is stated One Finger Death Punch was actually rejected by GoG.

You can add Betrayer to the list. It's a very unique atmospheric FPS that's sold over 200k copies on Steam. I e-mailed the developer (Blackpowder Games) about GOG support and got back this response:-

"We have a DRM free build but no way to distribute it ourselves. We would love to be on GOG and we've tried twice but they've told us that they aren't interested."

That's incredibly sad given that the dev is one of the more positive minded ones out there, is made up of former FEAR and No One Lives Forever staff, provides a playable demo, actively engages with the community (they even e-mailed me back on a Sunday evening), adds requested features to the game (saturation slider, etc), and openly wants to provide a DRM-free version but is too small to run their own store.

I played it on steam and I can attest that this game is great. But I guess it's too niche. Or maybe it got rejected because of GOG's stellar quality curation? Obviously something like this deserves to be on GOG so much more! :

Unfair criticism IMO, though. Yes, critics are hitting bombshell hard, but it's a 0 day release, and you always gamble on those. It would be different if it were a later addition (an even so, I rather have it here than not). And honestly, if you asked gogers before its release wether they wanted it here or not, we'd probably gotten an unanimous yes. I still remember the uproar requesting the also mediocre Hatred.

Wtf they rejected Betrayer twice and they allowed pigeon simulator here? I don't know whether to laugh or cry...

Something is rotten in the state of Denmark (or in this case - Poland).

Probably doesn't help the game has been bundled 10 times though:
FPS Heroes Bundle by Bundle Stars
Friday Special Bundle #27 by Indie Gala
Nightmares Bundle by Bundle Stars
Get Over It Bundle by Indie Gala
Nightmares Bundle by Bundle Stars
Monochromatic by Humble Weekly Bundle
Blades of Janus by Indie Gala
Be Mine 16 by Groupees
Halloweekly Bundle by Humble Bundle
Be Mine 14 by Groupees
Yeah and that pigeon simulator was bundled at least twice as far as i can remember or maybe more. I'd rather play and enjoy the actual game than watch slideshows. Don't get me wrong, i really like birds. <3

3 times now but not until after it was out for awhile:
Valentine's Day 2 by Humble Weekly Bundle
For Lovers (of games) by Humble Weekly Bundle
Let's Build a Doujin Bundle 2 by Groupees

But, it actually is a funny game. Don't complain until you try it. It makes fun of Visual Novels and maybe pokes some fun at a bit of Anime too.

I'm still wishing for a They Bleed Pixels GOG release :(
Does anyone know whether Prominence was submitted and rejected? https://twitter.com/prominencegame/status/656173389388914689 encourages people to vote on the wishlist, but it's unclear whether they actually approached GOG.

Yeah that game is pretty great, it's definitely a standout in a incredibly crowded genre.
