These are games from my gog collection that were meaningful for me. I wouldn't mind playing some of them again.
I too am missing Y, but the only thing I'd even remotely be interested in would be one of the Ys games, since I have no knowledge of them, and they seem well regarded.

Also, this exercise helped me discover that I have a "Game Overlay" in my collection. :O

As a man of culture and education, I have no idea what sounds those scribbles are meant to represent. However, I do know—on a completely unrelated note—that if they were to be added to the alphabet, the correct order would be '[...] x, y, z, å, æ, ø' and not something preposterous like '[...] x, y, z, æ, ø, å'. But then again, this is surely self-evident, and not something anyone would argue with.

While I have about a handful games with Swedish titles, none start with Å, Ä, or Ö.

Two of those are actually here, albeit not with Swedish titles. I could also mention Hugo, Risk, and SimPark, but one is a name (and originated in Denmark, if I'm not mistaken), and the others I'm not actually sure if they're translated since it's the same in Swedish and English, and they don't help either way.

... ARE there any games where the title starts with any of the aforementioned letters?

Hm, just looked around a bit and found "ÜberSoldier" at least. FPS by a Russian developer, released 2006.
