The only ones qualified to find that stuff are people who have problems with it. There would need to be a complete list of every type of disability that relates to gaming and a method of categorizing them into a rating system. Then a team would have to go through every single game looking for these and taking notes.

Meaning, it's either gonna cost money to create a new system and hire people to do it professionally for publishers/retailers or you and some of the community does it pro bono and post it on a blog/wiki.

With thousands of games out there, we don't know the extent of this cause's necessity. But that aside, you may want to start with the categorization list and then pitch it somewhere. If you haven't noticed, even the people agreeing with you here haven't volunteered. GOG won't do it themselves also because that's not something that makes sense for them priority-wise and financially. So you have to figure out how to get it done and then lay out the road to the end.

things like older starwars RPG's KOTOR etc can be played with mouse only i think, diablo and clones too.

I have a friend that plays TBS type things like AoE and the likes with a damn trackerball mouse and another that played C&C with keyboard only somehow.

Shadowrun: Hong Kong- I supported the Kickstarter campaign because of the previous two entries but was somewhat gutted when (after release) I learned they changed the matrix system to incorporate real-time (to me, action) based gameplay. I haven't started Shadowrun: Hong Kong yet and was told I could "cheat" to complete these types of missions.

If I had known of this radical change by the end of the Kickstarter campaign, I would've saved my limited funds.

Also, none of the Spiderweb Games (Geneforge series, Avernum series, etc.) have timed sequences AFAIK. All turn-based.

Actually, the Geneforge and Avadon series are only turn-based during battle. When you are just exploring, the game (and this includes the movements of enemies) runs in real time. (Geneforge at least lets you start combat anytime, however, even if there are no enemies around.)

VVVVVV can apparently be played one handed. There are only three controls you regularly need: move left, move right, and flip. Anything else you need to do never needs to be done in dangerous situations or under time pressure. Also, that game has accessibility options that let you slow down the game, make yourself invincible, and disable the moving backgrounds.

Geneforge is a hybrid involving real-time exploration with turn-based combat. As the series went on, real-time became more important. I started having some issues as "stealth" became more important. It was still playable for me, but Geneforge 5 was my least favorite entry despite having a great setting and story conclusion.

The physio department used ultrasound treatment and stretches. It bloody hurt to begin with but iv noticed a huge difference.

Ah, already tried those. Stretching alone has been more useful.

Thanks for your replies. There is useful stuff to start seaching through. I had a stroke and have only one good hand, but its not the dominant one b4 the stroke.
I have to try and work out in my head what needs doing to run, turn corners and still hit switches within a time limit, so it's partly that I can't react mentally quick enough and partly that I can't coordinate physically quick enough.

Games I can manage are

HOMM series
The Guild series
Dark Omen, I would love to see that on GOG as I have video flicker probs now that I have Win 10
The Fallout series
The Elder Scrolls series, although its real time combat, I can manage it as its just clicking a mouse one-handed
Gothic series is doable for the same reason
Most DOS and Win based D&D games eg Wizardry series, Icewinddale, ToEE, Neverwinter Nights etc
Etherlords series
Master of Orion series

The SSI General series, Age of Wonders series, Disciples series, Crusader Kings series, Europa Universalis series, Hearts of Iron series, the Might and magic RPG's (they are turn-based or have the option for it), Endless (Legends and Space), Civilization series. Those should definitely be fine for you.

You could also try some city builders (Sim City 4 and Tropico series should be manageable for you, so you might want give it a try with those first and go for the Caesar/Pharaoh/Zeus series afterwards).

Also, Panzer Corps and Order of Battle, the Jagged Alliance games. Democracy games, Big Pharma, Game Dev Tycoon are other games that you should manage fine and have a bit of fun with it.

I have really bad reflexes, so my preferences are for games that don't require those. I can manage reflex games, just not at an competitive level (the lightning speed required for online gaming). So i lean heavily towards games that have a slower pacing.

You could give a try to the Knights of the Old Republic and see if you can manage. Check it to a friend's home (one that owns the game), so you won't spend the money on something that you won't be able to play (not sure if you can still find a demo). Dragon Age and Mass Effect are probably out, as they do require some extra management in combat.

Also you should have no troubles in playing old point and click adventure games (Broken Sword series, Syberia series, Space Quest and so on)

Quite a lot more games in the link provided by licurg, but you should check demos (where available) or some youtbube vids too see if the gameplay is suited for you.
