Discover some of the most anticipated titles coming to GOG next year!

2022 already promises to be a year full of amazing releases. From action blockbusters to classic-inspired adventure and strategy games with a side of boundary-pushing indies... We already can't wait! So take your time to explore this list and to make sure you won't miss their release, whishlist all of the titles that suit your own gaming needs.
I'm still counting on Alaloth: Champions of the Four Kingdoms, but it seems even the developers are unsure when the game will be released... :P Out of the presented titles I'm waiting for Shadow Warrior 3, The Invincible and Project Warlock II the most.
Trails from Zero was an awesome game when I played the fan-translation, will buy it here once it comes out.

Definitely interested in Old World. Civilization needs competition and it's glad to see new 4X coming to GOG.

I had also managed to completely miss any information about The Way of Wrath, there's promising stuff there, at least to keep an eye on it. Even if it looks more survival than the listed RPG.

darktjm: I actually like what I see for at least 3 of these games. Will these games be properly announced when they actually arrive? Gog has a bad habit lately (meaning the last year or so, at least) of either not announcing games at all or only announcing them in unrelated announcements, such as sale ads. I don't want to add nonexistent games to my wishlist, but I guess that's now the only way to get any notification if/when it arrives.

Oh well. I guess gog doesn't want my money. I'll just miss it when it doesn't get announced.
Isn't that what the "Notify me" button does? Send you an email when the game is released without adding it to your wishlist? (I hope it does because I used it earlier today...)

Swedrami: [....] Or until Bobby actually gets sacked and is replaced by someone who's more open and pro-active in this regard.
I wouldn't mind Bobby getting sacked, but I doubt his replacement will be much better. Open and pro-active are not the most important CEO qualities major shareholders seek for.

Just for convienince sake, could you highlight with an asterix all those which will arrive on GOG without a mess of a release, followed by discovery of hidden drm/online gating/spyware? Oh, you did.
Definitely looking forward to ELEX 2.
Hey GoG. List is still incomplete . No Skyrim nor Diablo II nor Dune and others...
Those games will kick you out of red :)

ConsulCaesar: Isn't that what the "Notify me" button does?
Yes, that's what it's for. For some reason, I feel uncomfortable using that, though, as I feel like it invites more spam I guess I'm just weird that way. There is at least one major disadvantage: initial discussion about the game is in the release thread (and often the only discussion, since people are afraid to be the first poster in the subforum -- sometimes even necroing the release thread instead of posting in the subforum). If there is no release thread, or if the release thread is shared with other news (a sale, or other, unrelated games), it harms discussion.
High hopes for "Songs of Conquest".
Break a leg!
Nice list, I think I have eight of them wishlisted. I also found a demo I didn't see before on Reverie Knights. I then checked all of them for demo links and the three I found are:
Reverie Knights Tactics: Prologue
A Space for the Unbound - Prologue
ULTRAKILL DEMO
Songs of Conquest looks interesting. I think it will spark some interest in strategy games again, particularly since it seems inspired by HOMM and AoW.
Interesting list, which I hope will be outshone by unannounced, unexpected bombshell releases in the year to come.

Songs of Conquest is right up my ally. It's a complex strategy game, and the art style is nice and colourful. The space 4X game looks interesting. Don't know if I'll get around to it. Also looking forward to Old World, Biota, and Shadow Warrior 3.
Huge hope for Song of Conquest.
