Are you talking about GOG Galaxy?

Select your game, click on More and then on Mange. You will find Uninstall

This ain't Steam, pal.
Everything here is DRM-free, meaning it goes DIRECTLY to your computer WITHOUT all the middle-man client nonsense.
You're DIRECTLY DOWNLOADING it.. If you want to uninstall it, you do so just like you'd do anything else. Just like the other dude explained.
If you want more of a Steam feel and similar features, but for your GOG games, you can install GOG Galaxy.

Thank goodness! I've been trying to get rid of this mange for WEEKS!

Step 1. uninstall Steam.

That's it. This will free up space for more DRM-free goodness.

But seriously, Start button, All Programs, gog.com folder, game folder, uninstall game xyz.

Really basic Windows stuff.

If you're using GOG Galaxy, as mentioned above, select the game, then when the page for the game comes up, click on the "More" button, then "Manage" and then "Uninstall". If you are not using Galaxy and downloaded the game installer files with your web browser or GOG Downloader and installed them manually, then you can uninstall them the same way you uninstall any programs in Windows, through the Control Panel "Programs and Features" (in Windows 7, or equivalent in whatever version of Windows you're using), right click on the game in the Windows programs list and choose uninstall. Additionally, most if not all of the games put an uninstall link into the start menu where the game's launchers are installed which on Windows 7 is on the Start Menu under "All Programs -> GOG.com -> Game or game series name -> Uninstall".

It's pretty much the standard ways to uninstall just about any program in Windows for the most part. Hope this helps.

If you installed the games using GOG Galaxy then the details of how to do it are slightly different from Steam but yes it is similar as described in my comment above.

It's pretty obvious he doesn't know how to use a computer.

A good program for that type of management is CCleaner. https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner

Open up > click on Tools to the left > view programs/games you're not interested in. You can also use its cleaner (analyze > run cleaner > done) to clean out your browser and junk data. I would imagine just based on that you probably could get the space for a full sized game since you'd have to be unaware of how to do disk management to let your HDD get full anyway. :P

I prefer to use GEEK Uninstaller since it has force removal option and it's portable as sometimes default uninstallers leave residue and junk files.

I have seen parents who own PC deleting desktop shortcut to remove the game their kids played. :P
