"Added to account" sounds like you redeemed a key you bought somewhere else. In which case, you may have bought a key that had been obtained fraudulently. If that happened, you're not likely to get the game back. But the only way to confirm what is to wait for response from Support I'm afraid...

Oh, solved, never mind then :F

"Solved" but still 0 games in account. Cyberpunk 2077 is the only game listed as played, starting about 2 years ago. So it looks like another greymarket purchase, like the other recent threads.

So they wanted support for an illegally owned copy?

I don't know if these people realize the gift codes were obtained fraudulently. I can see how someone new here could get confused, knowing about the plethora of legitimate third-party Steam resellers. On the other hand, a pricey, highly anticipated game, much cheaper at launch than in the official store? Maybe they should've known something was fishy.
Cyberpunk seems especially notorious for disappearing after buying from keyshops.

It was a huge release. Scammers bought tons of copies with stolen cards, because they knew it would sell, and sell fast.
