I have some codes from some games that are on sale, if i use them will i get the XP from the sale? Thank you.

No. Only the buyer of the code gets XP if bought during sale.

Not personally, but there was a similar thread earlier:

You don't get XP for redeeming codes. You only get it for buying the code (or buying the game directly of course) during sale.
