It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Hi guys, I cannot download game backups or extras, either from Galaxy or from site. Is there a known problem or just me?

From site, I get "403 forbidden" and Galaxy says "server problem".

Though I can install my games directly from Galaxy.

Update (just an info): I found "GOG DOWNLOADER LINKS", if it was there before I don't know. So GOG.com Downloader works.

403 means that GOG has forbidden you from downloading X from GOG.
This might be because there is a problem or that GOG or your ISP has banned you from using certain services.
The latter seems unlikely though, your best bet is to wait an hour and if it isn't fixed by then try and contact GOG
--- bit later ---
I might have found the problem.
If GOG thinks you are not logged in then you can not download any games from GOG.
Try logging out and logging in again.

OK, thanks. So is my problem and is a few days old. I'll contact them.
There have been a few things broken lately on the GOG website, some talked about lightly on the forums. It is possible you may be encountering such a temporary glitch also. This often happens when GOG is in the process of updating their website with new features and tech, and they just recently rolled out a new support site revamp so they're probably going through some growing pains. Try logging out, clearing your cache and logging back in and try again.

If the problem persists, contact GOG support at the link at the bottom of the page.

I had some serious issues a few days ago when i was updating my master catalog from GOG, 22/310 requests failed.

what games did you have issue with? (maybe we share a few incommon) i'll check my logs and see if they sync up.

Well, I bought all three Witchers a few days ago and I have only one more, Pillars of Eternity. But if I remember well, I could download POE when I bought it. My problem remains with all of them.

If you aren't afraid of a little command line adventure I recommend https://github.com/eddie3/gogrepo to backup your games. Hoping that the logging from this tool does work.

"Command Line Adventure" sounds like the nerdiest indie rock band ever. :P

I would highly recommend contacting GOG support at this point if the problem remains. A 403 indicates that your browser/client is connecting to GOG's webserver successfully, but that the files are forbidden. Their servers probably have something wrong with their configuration or filesystem permissions etc. that you're hitting on the CDN. Only GOG can really help with this, the rest of us can only do guesswork without access to the server log files etc. :)
