I don't know where else to post this, so I'll post it here. I stopped using Galaxy for a while and recently it's not even opening. It's giving me this notification and I don't know what I can do to fix it. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it over and it's giving me the same thing. I'm really hoping that I don't have to reinstall every single game or at the very least lost all the save files on those games.

install VC++ redistributable both, x86 and x64

Problems with this file point to a missing, corrupt or outdated Visual C++ 2012 Runtime.

Download and install the latest version of the Visual C++ 2012 runtime from Microsoft for 32bit and also for 64bit if you have a 64bit operating system.
