mike_cesara: Please, close Galaxy clinet entirely (you may need to find gog icon in notification area, right click and close) Save provided by
xyem file as
goggame-1453375253.info (replace if necessary) to the Stardew Valley folder and try importing the game in Galaxy. There is a small chance Galaxy may recognize the game correctly this time.
Just an idea, haven't seen your logs yet and not dealing with Windows for quite long time to be honest..
BKGaming: To be honest, I doin't think this is going to work but it can't hurt to try. I found the relevant error message in his logs and it clearly says he does not own product id 1453375253 which is Stardew Valley, so clearly for some reason Galaxy doesn't think he owns the game. Which makes it very unlikley it will allow him to download anything from Galaxy's repo.
It seems like that is the problem. It's odd, because its in my library on Galaxy, and when I click the buy button on the game page, it takes me to the store which says I already own this game so can only buy as a gift.

mike_cesara: I've found it too..
Checking for update to '1453375253' skipped, as ownership verification failed. must be something on GOG db then. Not much we can do about it I'm afraid..
Ah, so its clearly some sort of communication error between galaxy and my account. Okay, it seems I just have to hold tight then. Thanks guys for the assistance.
