You can still vote for people who are "not in" for the People's Choice thing. They just won't get a game if they win. The People's Choice vote is more to showcase the artists of the community, whereas the rest of this competition is just for people to screw around and have fun making something.

I really like Leonard03's head sketch and I vote to HM him and everyone else* since I don't want anyone left out of being recognized for their skills :-)
*minus myself since HM'ing myself would just be TACKY and even I have lines I won't cross ;-)

*Disclaimer I am a photographer so given that I am slightly biased and think I understand the skills required more for then other art forms but TBH all of you are awesome and inspirational to me in the skill sets you all bring to it thank you everyone for sharing your creativity so I may better myself *

A question, if I may?

See, I wanted to downvote every entry except my own. The purpose would be to boost my own winning chances, naturally, but also due to my general wickedness.

However, since any voting is done by posting a message about what you wish to vote, the downvoting totally lacks anonymity. And really, who would want to downvote anything in their own name?

I can't help but notice that no one else has downvoted any entries either. So obviously, I'm not the only one who feel that the lack of anonymity is a problem here.

It is obvious that this thread lacks the explosive, righteous anger and bitter spitefulness found in downvote-heavy threads. Hope we will find a solution soon.
