RULES:NO SAD STORIES,PLEASE.

So,any funny stories about your pets? And please don't turn this into a sad story thread, thankyou.

My little dog Sandy when she lets one off whether silent or with a little squeak and sometimes the odd loud one which will scare the life out of her, always turns around and has a sniff.Sometimes after sniffing she will sneeze and we laugh our heads off,she looks up and I'm sure she is thinking ''whats so funny''as she lowers her ears and frantically wagging her tail.
If we expand to pets in the family...

Ginger (dog we had in the 1990's) would ALWAYS have to have the last word. So she's go Whoof! and I'd go woof... 30 seconds later. Whoof! And I'd go Whoof!. And this went back and forth for several minutes with her getting progressively quieter needing to get the last word. Eventually she left the room and under her breath got her last word when no one else could hear her. :P

My dad had a cockatiel, sweet thing. I'd open my mouth and they'd shove their entire head inside my mouth and start cleaning the back of my teeth and really working away.... heh...

Perkita (little pig) got really really really worried when there was food in the water dish. So if you dropped a couple kibbles in there she's exhale while dunking her head and get the food eating it... I wish we got that on tape.

As for current pets... There's Fen, a bit fat male cat who I get annoyed at for constantly coming in my computer room. So I made it a rule where if he was in the box I would leave him be. So now whenever I'm going to throw him out he jumps in a box like he's saying 'I'M IN THE BOX!'.

Other cats will start eating when it starts time to throw them out, their attitude of 'you can't throw me out, I'm eating!' practically oozes from them.

But enough stories from me...

My dog does the same. He will sniff, and sometimes he looks at me, kinda like "Was that you? Sure wasn't me!".

Mine does the same but instead of me going woof I say SHUTTUP and she keeps woofing.

Same thing when I was a kid,it must be a trait for those little buggas.

Pigglets can be really, really cute until they get to be 300 pounds.

Most animals are smarter than us humans.

I think they have more character than humans and are certainly more loyal.Kleetus told me his dog is a knackers licker and then tries to kiss him:)
P.S. trying to learn a new trick with the font.

Hmmm... Well Perkita was a dog not a pig. Her name was suppose to mean 'little one' I think, but in Spanish translated to 'little pig'.

Still she earned her name when someone spilled lasagna in the kitchen and she ate as much as she could, and was for a good month or so very VERY round, and looked ready to bust from her fur.

Being scavengers (Miniature pinchers, king of toys), they eat when they can, so this isn't that big a surprise...

Yeah, just thought I'd clarify. Still if she got to 300 pounds... I'd be scared for my life O.O

Especially when it wanted to jump on to your lap.
Yeah, my dog acts really disturbed whenever he lets one go :)

The same dog has this thing in which he's very sensitive to our moods and tries to calm us down if we're upset. So for instance if I'm playing a game and I'm getting frustrated and cursing about something, he'll get up and climb on my lap and start licking my face until he feels that I've calmed down. The thing is, another of our dogs has apparently learned to do the same thing, so now I sometimes have two dogs (they're not tiny, either) trying to climb on me and clean my face whenever I so much as whisper something they don't like, which admittedly does help with keeping things quiet.

All my dogs I have owned have been like that, they sense when you are upset. Also very protective of all members of the house,as for fun I will pretend to thump someone and they will come running over and have a go at me.
Warning: this is really gross

I was walking my dog past a bus stop when he stopped, sniffed the air and dived into a bush, catching the interest of the people sitting waiting for the bus. A moment later he emerges from the bush in full view of all the people, looking really pleased with himself, carrying a used tampon in his mouth.
My cat Julio likes to hump my night gown... I stop wearing this, it is his official sex doll now.
All my donkeys do is beg.

They love to pick up the filthiest objects ,our's comes flying thru her little door with a stale cat's turd and here we are chasing her around the house trying to get it off her as she eats THEM.

My little bitch is desexed and has a large (sideshow) tiger that she humps everyday which still puzzles me as to why.

Every once in a while, my cat decides that, if I'm walking towards him, I must be angry, so he runs the other way, but as soon as I crouch down, he comes back to be pet. The only times I actually chase him away is when he's clawing at the sofa or my computer chair, or he's at the kitchen table.

But that's probably just him being a cat. He also frequently reminds me of Salem from Sabrina the Teenage Witch.
