I find few games really scary (rarely play explicit horror games anyway), but System Shock 2 made me feel somewhat uncomfortable, there's an atmosphere of constant danger and tension.

When playing Devil Daggers, I find myself leaning backward in my seat, to get away from the monsters.

Other than that ... a lot of VR horror games makes me scarequit.
