I enjoyed the Commodore 64 version of Friday the 13th.
Not really a good game but fun to play a few minutes and the digitized screams are nice.

I'm absolutely not interested in this new Friday the 13th game as i hate multiplayer games.

I never saw any of the movies. Is there any of them I should skip entirely? Is one of them clearly the best one? Is there any dependency in the story?

I'd skip anything after 5. The first five were the best IMO.
I never liked slasher films, I just completely don't get the appeal of the genre, so this does nothing for me. I wouldn't get your hopes up though, even if you are fans. I know such licensed games don't have quite the terrible track record they used to, but still there's at least 50% chance of dissapointment with projects like that.

Well yeah there's about that much chance for any game. Either you'll like it or not.

The fact that there are two possible outcomes does not mean the likelihood of either one happening is always 50%.

I love slasher movies, but it really is a shit genre to attempt gaming with. Well okay, most movies are, that's why most games from movies are so bad, but more so slasher movies.

OT but I think 007 is the only consistently reliable movie to game relationship.

Exactly! That's one good game, which puts it heads and tails above all other movies to games!

Am I wrong!? :P

BTW your new avatar is seriously giving me the creeps. XD I have nothing against gay porn but being reminded of it every time I post to you is a little disconcerting. :P
