No offense to the men, but the last two Men's tourneys had so much diving it completely ruined the flow of the game. Whistle after whistle after whistle. I might has well been watching golf! :P

The women are fast, amazing passers, snipers with head balls, and the games have a great flow to them.

So, if you came to these forums which are mainly gaming-centric (I know you said 'general forum' but it's still the general forum of a video game website) with the intent of talking about politics AND the intent to voice opinions which you know will annoy people who aren't on your side of the political spectrum and are worried they might get 'triggered' and cause a ban... I think you can expect some sort of fallout for sure!

Just saying, that's not going to end well no matter if there's free speech or not, and I can totally understand why a company like GOG would like to keep that stuff away from their community forums. After all, if a liberal customer checks these forums and sees the majority of posters being anti-'whatever it is this liberal believes', they will associate the whole website with this trend and go somewhere else.

But yeah, technically you can say what you want but if you intentionally trigger other customers for no other reason than to voice your opinion and step on someone's foot, you'll get clapped. I'd say if you just want a place to shout your opinions, I would suggest 4chan or whatever and I don't mean that as an insult. I just think anonymous forums with dedicated political forum threads would be the best place to go.

On a more serious note: Do you not see how at odds with your/others(seeming) goals of a better forum this sort of derailing you/others do in certain threads is? If anything it would seem to be geared to drive people off even more form posting/staying on the forums.

Oh, if we are going to talk about D&D alignments, then I prefer my own morality which would be (according to my friend's assessment) Chaotic Neutral followed by Chaotic Good. I do have respect for Neutral Good and Chaotic Evil as well, though.
