I have tried their contact us thing but it just keeps reloading the page of "game support"

I even made two post's on the subreddit and tweeted their twitter and have yet to get a response.

Am I blind and I am missing something?

Way of the Samurai 4.

The game run's horribly, it drops to what I must say is 10-15 frames or lower whenever you attack someone/something.

Most cut-scenes have horrible lag and it is a shame because I want to enjoy it and I know I would but I can't due to these issues.

They may request that you do some troubleshooting first, but do this to request the refund:

Go to the Support page. Then choose 'Contact Us', then scroll down and choose the “Technical Issues with Games” option. At the bottom of the list is a 'Continue' button. Click on that. Choose the game and click on that. At the right siide of the screen, you'll see a small sidebar with a 'I can't find a solution for my problem' link. Click on that. Fill out the form and submit. For 'Problem Type' choose 'Other'. For Subject, fill in Refund Request.

Convoluted process? Oh, yes. But this should get their attention.
