"Sometimes, for one reason or another, there are topics that a user just doesn't want to see anymore. Rather than having those topics take up space in a user's topic list, it should be possible to hide them. Just like with hidden games in the library, it should also be possible to view a list of hidden topics and unhide any if desired."

What do you all think of this idea?
Sure, I can get behind that. They'll do it as soon as they ditch the rep system.

That's clearly wrong, a "Yellow" confirmed that Half-Life 3 will come tomorrow, as a GoG Exclusive. :P

Ofcourse it is, was the announcement not on Reddit and IGN?

I think GOG doesn't even care about the forums or the community. So you can throw any ideas you'd like at them but they'll always be too busy with something else or just not consider anything an issue. It's not like we the users know what we want. No. We want everything curated for us by the invisible hands.

Bit sick of telling people this now.

darthspudius: Community manager, what is this?!?!
YARP!
I'd vote for that. Sometimes there are too many old threads to wade through.
Actually, about the community manager, during a conversation with gog support i've learned something interesting, the key words were:

- acting community manager
- he
- his

And i think there was a community manager listed on the job offers a few days ago, now i can't seem to find it, fresh meat?
I'd vote for it for no other reasons we'd get to see who was truly full of shit. XD By that I mean, people would bitch and moan about topics and forum members but never use the option thus proving they actually want to be aggravated. :P
