But for sake of completeness: though I kind of shared Dessimu's mistrust of agent (the second time I agree with Dessimu), I probably still would have voted yes, since on a team I am on I have one known alignment and just have to evaluate the others. So being on a team helps for one's own analysis. Also picking a complete successful team might have been a promising strategy.

But onward to the next team: interesting choice not to include yourself, HijacK. I think I can see why. I also see two possible reasons why you might include JMich. But I would like you to elaborate on the reason for the other three?

Well, I got a good feel for JMich and the first mission succeeded, so I give him the benefit of the doubt. Cristi has been reading similar to previous town games. Usually she struggles a bit as scum, but I haven't read that in her posts so far. drealmer... I just read him as crazy town drealmer. Not much outside of that. Though I see quite a few people mistrust him as usual. Ixam provided some good thoughts to discussion, so I think his play is genuinely resistance.

I'm inclined to agree with you for now wrt JMich, cristigale, and Ixamyakxim.

However, I don't think drealmer7 is his usual overly-analytically-verbose self.

otherwise it doesn't "count". In this case, HijacK's proposal was not a final one (he didn't mean for it to be either). I don't mean to be a stickler over the format, but otherwise it becomes too confusing over what is actually a proposal and what is just an idea.

Pretty sure I mentioned trust drives my votes and that I vote no on most proposals. I signposted my no vote to hell and back.

I liked the team for obvious reasons: three people that passed a mission, plus the captain will always trust himself. It's logical follow up team, allows great comparison of votes. The kind of team choice Hijack is going with is for shit and giggles as far as I'm concerned - it helps with specific player reads sure... maybe? That's for hijack to explain if he wants.

But agent's team choice. Well, the votes on that and how they changed versus the votes on a 75% similar team that passed a mission no less... those are interesting. And in that sense, I really want to hear why Ix trusts Agent so much. I mean, that he'd trust the other 3 a bit makes some sense, they voted pass earlier. But Agent?

Ix and the folks that distrust Agent, please duke it out will ya? I'll be here having some popcorn and trying to figure out which of you knows more than he is saying - ergo, which of you is scum as hell.


By the way, this one I'm voting no as well and have no issue saying so already. I'm resistance (duh), so for these 4 to all be resistance you're almost logically implying the team that passed mission 1 had two spies on it - ( I know I know, you'll just attack me and Dess instead I guess). Anyway, 2 spies is possible, but if I need to bet, I'll bet the other way instead.

Whatever, permutations are quite a few, and I already caught myself messing up the logic... but it really doesn't look good for you Hijack, looks like a real slip because by same logic as me, you should see odds of getting spy in your choice from not including yourself are too high.

The only puzzle here if indeed you slipped is why you didn't sabotage already. Maybe there were two spies in there afterall and that would put a special light on choosing JMich to go. Will think more in the morning after more folks react and help think this through.

By the way drealmer, especially with Hijack kind of getting cozy with you, I also kinda would love one of your "overly-analytically-verbose" contributions please.

I don't have your logic, and to be honest, outside of reads I have nothing else to go by. Also, since you're so adamant in bashing my picks, how about you explain why you voted no after saying you liked the first team?

Voted no. However, that one was logic. This one is for shits and giggles and after some permutations, which by the way you haven't really explained, this team is for shits and giggles. K. Let me ask you a question. Do you like any teams at all? Because I have the impression you're here just to vote no for just about anything. So far logic hasn't really helped me understand your point.

Also, I'm still waiting for suggestions. Everyone's a critic, yet no one is able to give me a decent suggestion for picks, and one that is backed with some argument at that.
