I find it interesting how Yogs is trying to come off as "knowing" who the scum team is and how he's absolutely convinced my few choices are not scum and how I'm leading town into ruin.

Did I become an easy target because twice, no one followed my vote? So now you all are going to pile on? Since you know people don't seem to agree with me, you think you can take me out?

You know Yogs, you sure seem to be saying a lot about what spectres can and can't do...why do you have to tell us so much? Are you letting your scum buddies know they have nothing to worry about?
HSL, why are you suggesting to Yogs how you would like two kills tonight? Are you two part of a scum team, you killed Yogs thinking you could make it up with an extra "spectre kill"? Might explain why someone might take that risk...

Notice how you two and Trent all jumped on me after I voted HSL...did I hit close to home? Awfully quick wagon, not a lot of analysis either...

Not sure if it means anything, but both HSL and Yogs were on Adalia's wagon and later jumped off. Did you think the spectres might give a flip and if you were off the wagon it would give you future leverage in saying you were right?

The biggest problem with being town is we don't know if we are right, and can't be on the correct side of every wagon...

I highly suggest if you are town, read for yourself the posts HSL thinks "proves" JMich as scum. Use your own judgement. I do think one of the two are scum. I just think its HSL.

For the record, I'm not totally averse to Trent. While I think scum wanted to split their votes, maybe they did until HSL jumped off Adalia's wagon for JMich. I just didn't want to go that route without some discussion. I'm not a fan of quick votes, quick wagons and especially with lack of any sort of real discussion. I was not going to put an early 3rd or 4th vote on Trent, on the chance he is town, because it's too easy for scum to finish him off if we are wrong. But if we get toward the end of the day Trent is high enough up my list, I will vote him to make a lynch.

I think that makes 4 for Trent. Anyone want to test Yogs idea that only scum have lost a majority? I'd be willing to vote Trent now if Trent wants to vote and unvote himself in the same post....

Which is typically how it goes here on GOG forum mafia but not always 100% of the time in all setups, so when you play multiple games, make sure you know the rules for that specfic game. And I hope you play more with us (directed at babark, that is.)

Certainly not a free pass. I always keep it in mind that every single last one of you could be Evil. There is not ever definitiveness, even with flips, even with investigations, even mafia players who are on the same team can have betrayers. I only ever know *MY* information and state of mind, and so, with that, I am ALWAYS open to the possibility of anything, BUTT (huge but here), in order to not get tied down in doubt, you have to gauge likelihoods and what you are going to BELIEVE to allow yourself to move forward.

I find it much more likely that a4plz actually was overwhelmed by the game, wasn't caught up with everything, couldn't catch up with my WOTs, felt demoralized and felt pressure to post/do something, and in a flurry, voted HijacK not knowing the full implications of majority lynch (once the hammer is down, there is no lifting it- I prefer an AXE btw, if I ever am the final vote on majority wagon, I'm going to call it bringing the AXE down.) Then, when coming back and seeing what happened and having me rip into her for a terrible play, quit the game. If she had been scum, I think she'd have been like "haha, fucker!" quietly in her head, and played on in seeming ignorance. Yes, I could be wrong, but I could be wrong about every single thing in the game anyway (right trent? hey! except now we know there are 3 Evil! Hallelujah!!!)

Combine that with RW's stellar pro-town play as I see it, compared with HSL's antagonisms, trent's complete non-input the entire game (it's become simple anti-town play at this point, imo. "I believe 3 scum still alive" is fucking, umm, how shall I say it...a useless contribution?[certainly not to be confused with trent himself being called useless, I'm not saying that at all, just the contribution itself!]), and adalia's continuous scummy and anti-town play, RW is the last person I am suspecting right now. Flub looks pretty clear too but I won't discount him as a possible Evil who once he realized he couldn't get the heat on me, backed off as to not appear suspicious, but, I'm leaning more that he is Good atm, same with JMich. That's just how it's reading to me, everyone (who is Good), just has to make their own best judgements once they've weighed it all, and that is what I am constantly trying to do, and it is best to keep re-weighing everything in light of everything new that occurs, continuously, throughout the game. It just so happens that this game that the more it has gone on, the more weight I keep getting for trent and HSL (and now yogs, who is seemed whacked, like, I don't get him at all atm, and that makes me very suspicious), often things shift, and they haven't much this game.

At this point, I could see the scum team even being: adalia, yogs, and locw, I really have no idea at this point, but I'm sticking with what indications I think are strongest and most damning, and that is trent's accumulative actions through the game, still. And again, this is still in light of me always finding him scummy when he's town. *shrug*

Everything else is not significant or glaringly suspicious enough to garner my vote except HSL's continuous mis-representing (as I see it.) I don't think I'm comfortable voting for anyone other than those 2, still. If I could vote yogs, I would.

I don't know if you are just seeing cross-eyed or are scum, or I really am lost myself (but if I am, no one is showing me anything reasonable other than RW! seriously, usually more people have appealing cases by this point, but yogs' and HSL's suck big time, imo! Look HSL...what you think you've caught as a scum tell from JMich seems to rely on the idea that scum somehow was informed they couldn't kill a spectre. What I've seen from this game, information seems to be made public for all. While it's possible scum might have asked this question and gotten an answer, a number of people came out and told you they believed the exact same thing before it was officially announced. Does that make them all scum too? That as soon as spectres and the Exorcist were revealed, they assumed that also meant they could not be NK'd, that they were unkillable.

I cannot tell you what I thought as before I contacted Agent offering to be a replacement (after the last one got used up), I had skimmed the thread and caught the day start and end posts. So, I probably read the mod answer to that question. But, I think my first impression would have been that they could not be NK'd without the mod specifying it.

In short, what I've seen is you (HSL) flogging a dead horse for two game days and I have had to wonder if you were being willfully ignorant that one could jump to the assumption they are unkillable. That you are playing the Republican party card, if you repeat the same lie long enough, people will start believing it.

Because all I've seen from you is a vain attempt to find anything, even to the point of nitpicking linguistics, to paint JMich as scum. And sadly, all you are doing is clouding a solid read on JMich. He is fairly inscrutable, but its a lot harder with all the white noise.

But when you started playing the same game with me. Claiming how I didn't read your posts. I did. And how I must be scum because I didn't agree with you, I realized this is what you are doing to discredit those who might be a threat. You coming in as a replacement, seeing your scum-buddies have stalled in their attempts to secure lynches on more potentially dangerous players and/or PR holders as you see them (JMich, RW, me, babark?), and saying "fuck it guys, we're up 2-0, let's sacrifice one of us and plant an Evil seed and see if we can drive this home, it will have never been easier, since we only have 1 PR left to kill, AND it will give us some inside info on the spectres, and I may even get some neat-o powers! Let's give it a try!!" ++++ lots of more convinving words and arguments yogsloth style, and them replying, "okayokay, but only if you are the NK," and you go "yes! kill me! but make it quick and painless please!"

At least you admitted you'd think about it; Trent calls it ridiculous in Post 1245. I find Post 1243 interesting. So you think I'm role-fishing when I made it pretty darn clear that I voted Adalia for role-fishing and he confirmed my scum read by Vote Hopping.

I'm still waiting for someone to explain to me how this Vote Hopping was townly, and how voting 5 different people (Trent, Babark, Yogsloth, Flubbucket and JMich) then claiming in Post 1105 that his top scum team is 3 more players (HSL, Drealmer and me). Am I to believe his votes, or the scum team he claims toward the end as his scum reads? Only to go on and vote JMich again.

You want to know another reason why I'm rather convinced he was scum? One thing is missing that almost every town will give before the end when time allows...a final scum list prediction so after the game they can claim they were right...unless you count the Post 1105 list which seems so sincere given the JMich vote...and not a single previous vote on any of these players...otherwise I don't see such a list.

And Yogs, if somehow you aren't scum, for the love of God, quit revealing what the spectres can or can't do. That falls into the category of information which can help scum more than town. Because it sure seems like you have let your buddies know they are mostly useless.

And anyone else, quit talking about roles, especially this game, again, information which helps scum more than town. If we are to win, we need to lynch right and hope scum NKs wrong. They don't need help...

Wouldn't it be an ultimate scum move IF I AND RW were Evil (which I'm not, and I don't mean to distract with such posts, but it is amusing, and I am here pontificating this game intermittantly as I work on my setup) to have, on D1, after saving myself from getting lynched as Evil and pulling off a no-lynch in spite of you all, going to night-chat with my scum-buddies including a4plz and babark, and a4plz saying she really couldn't keep up with the game, and so she was going to ask for a replacement that night, but I told her that we could use that to our advantage, still get her replaced, she wouldn't need to pay attention, and pull off an ultimate scum move, if she waited until the dawn of D3 to ask for a replacement after pulling the gambit as it went down on D2 of her non-participation+ignorant-seemingly-mistake-hammer of HijacK, who I had been certain was a PR the entire time and I was set on getting lynched and so I told a4plz in scum-chat that if things went the way I wanted I'd give her tells in my posts (she only has to look for my posts and search for certain phrases within them, super-easy and not needing to read any other posts or any of my long-ass posts) to tell her when and who to vote for, but first I need to see if I could get it setup and going a good way so I could make it look REALLY good and show myself town for defending him/not wanting him lynched, all the while pulling an ultimate scum fast-one over you all?!

And then, with babark being my other noob scum-buddy, the 3 of us thought we were doomed, but now we're pulling off the ultimate game, with RW being a fucking grade A #1 replacement for a4plz, TALK ABOUT A BONUS and SLAM DUNK win for us Evils?
