Heads up. I am next on the hosting list, though I'll probably be running the game early next year. I do plan on doing a rerun of one of the previous setups (though not flavor, I'm not that crazy), and you (yes. you) will be voting for which setup you wish me to run. So you might want to read the previous games to know what options you have.

Oh, and as always, I would appreciate an assistant mod, preferably one on the other side of the earth (or at least with a sleeping schedule different than mine).

Are you going to rerun a setup you've run before or anyone that has been run before? Will it be an open setup in either case?

Considering I've only ran one game, a setup anyone has run will be chosen.

Could end up being one, but unless the original setup was open, the rerun won't be. The votes should be send through PM, and one of the most popular will be chosen. The observers will be notified of the observers' votes, but the players' votes won't be revealed until end of game.

Can any previous game be voted for, or do you have a specific list to choose from? Or some games that you exclude?

If that is the case I have a suggestion for the people who feel like not waiting that long regardless of the holidays. Given that I was supposed a host a game but wasn't able to, I'm willing to do so during the holidays with an experiment I talked about some time ago.

One Night Ultimate Werewolf, the forum edition.

For those of you unaware of how the game works - it's more or less the same roles of the normal mafia/werewolf game but instead of the normal game cycle where teams are trying to eliminate each the ON takes a single game Day to resolve. At the end of the Day (or whenever the players decide they are done talking) a vote is cast. Depending on the result of the vote different team/role will win.

That version of the game is usually over in about 10 minutes in RL so it's designed to be quicker and I believe it's possible to translate it to forum as well to fill in the gap until the next game starts.

Would you guys be interested in giving it a try? If needed I can provide some more details on the rules or you can google them yourselves :)
