Agreed, although I'm cutting him a bit of slack as that seems to be the way he plays (last time I played I was scum and Pooka and I were heavily banking on this as it served our purpose but I would have done it in same way I were Town).

I'm not. An intentional stab in the dark without even trying to hit scum is quite scummy. Looks like you don't care whom we lynch.

GR, who seems to be a person of interest too, had a somewhat scummy moment (FoS) but nothing that would put him on top of my list. He's mostly just being himself. So I would vote him to avoid a nolynch, but I would prefer to lynch Joe or, if need be, Pooka as second choice.

Your right. I was thinking more about questioning Joe at the time, not so much about who the most likely scum could be. I also realize now that if Joe wanted to make a vote without much in the way of reason provided, the most discussed player would be the last person he would choose. It would look far too scummy. So I didn't do much good either way. Oh well.

I guess it's time to shift my vote to a serious one. I'll be honest, I'm not sure what to make of the current fight, but what I do know is what I'd expect uninvolved scum to be doing right now...namely making innocuous posts to show activity, while doing their best to stay out of the crosshairs.

But when I look through each and every person's activity, 1 person sticks out to me as not really trying to scum hunt at all.
Outside of a few early posts that looked on topic, every post since seems to have no purpose but to show activity. It's also a player that I noticed in a past game when scum I played in (if I recall correctly - he was scum, correct me if I am wrong) played far more tentatively and non-confrontational than anyone would expect.

Plenty of jokes, but nothing helpful. Everyone else has brought at least some observation about someone else that might be relevant but he's still just joking for the last few days.

Hmm, this is a slow day. When I woke up, all I saw was blotunga unvoting me. But I didn't have enough sleep by then so I slept again, woke up to eat, then just lay there in bed feeling ill until I came online to read the new stuff. Alright.

If I were you, I wouldn't contradict myself by saying I was the most scummy looking to get a reaction out of Joe. I would've been like "aren't there more suspicious people than Lift?" and have the question play out in such a way that he mentions names. But now that I know what your intentions were, this feedback is too little too late.

So, who I'm going to vote will be detailed here. I think.
My top priority is Lift. As said earlier, he seems to be building up to get me lynched, now that RVS. I can see him diverting to Joe as a damage control tactic: the post where he votes Joe says that RFG and I are right about him being inconsistent, even. Perhaps he wants to avoid the whole deal of "but you said the same things to RW" and leave me for later. I believe his lynch will be more informative and more likely to hit scum.

I was also willing to lynch either RFG or agent, perhaps Joe as a distant third to this pack, but I'd like to see how they develop during the remainder of Day 1 or on Day 2 to see if any of them need commitment, as I feel they wouldn't be as productive as a Lift lynch.

We'll see how this goes.

You misread me. I am interested in lynching you. Because yes, you don't seem to be interested in hitting scum, but just in lynching anyone. Otherwise you would be making an actual case with the little we have. Yes, on Day 1 we often mislynch. But that is no reason to stop trying and just shoot in the dark. Arguments and cases can be analysed the next day. A random lynch wouldn't give us as much information. Also if we pay attention and make actual cases against people who behave off, like you, we do have a chance if hitting scum. Therefore a pure 'shot in the dark' is definitely anti-Town.

So, my preferred target is you. Which is why my vote is on you. Pooka and GR are, as I said, my 'vote to avoid mislynch' targets.
