Nah. It's pretty normal for D1, especially right at the outset. Different people cope in different ways. One of my favorite is by getting myself killed by doing something stupid.

Yeah, I'm totally not complaining that I only have one partner and that it's flub and somebody jacked my role. You'd never get that out of me in a million years.

Therefore, I think if everybody mass claimed, the mafia could probably stand out as being Disney bad guys. But for all we know, there could be 8 Disney bad guys and 2 Disney good guys. Look, it's pointless. It's not a game that is heavy on flavor where you can find an inconsistency with a character and strike scum on your first day.

Last game I said in the beginning too, that I would sacrifice any hero for identify villains and I saw later the error of my ways.

Has no one considered that there could be three factions, ie 7 town, 2 mafia, and a neutral (survivor or some such)?

But I didn't say too much!

If the neutral doesn't do nightkills and just plan on surviving to the end, maybe. However, if I entertain the thought that the neutral is a serial killer, then, assuming all night kills and day lynches are okayed, then..

1 day lynch: 9 players left
2 night kills: 7 players left
1 day lynch: 6 players left
2 night kills: 4 players left

I think it's unlikely that there would be a serial killer, but if there is, this game would end quickly if we assume all kills and lynches are fulfilled. I can see that the neutral party may[/i] exist to meditate the brought up mafia dilemma that 2 is underpowered and 3 is overpowered (by lowering the amount of town they're up against).

I should REALLY, PROPERLY read the GOG Forum Mafia roles list in its entirety. Would save me from a headache (and a potential "SPF Googling the psychoanalyst" scenario).
