On another note: ZFR, that L-1 vote on Mchack was crazy risky and paid off in a huge way. Good job masons.

I was wrong more than right I think too, we were lucky scum died each night or we would have been in trouble.

Yeah, scum did a much better job of killing scum than town did of killing scum. Come to think of it, 3/5 of scum died to failed conversions, 1 was NK'd, and we lynchd the last one.

I've been reading through the scum threads, and it looks like this game was a huge mess of incorrect reads all the way around. That kind of bodes well about the initial setup, but only one game isn't a great indicator. My biggest concern is how deprived town is of information, since most groups of night actions could be multiple different things (some of them also leave scum in the dark about what actually happened, at least). Daychat has the potential to be absolutely amazing (presumably as shown here, though seeing Mchack flip out when ZFR puts him at L-1 should also be amusing if the L-1 wasn't planned), but that is limited by the willingness and ability of all the people with access to take advantage. Krypsyn's D3 nuke combined with ZFR's amazing cover really swung the game; I've no idea how things would have gone if Krypsyn hadn't nuked Adalia.

We did have both Krypsyn, adalia and HSL pegged at the point of Krypsyn's reveal. Not quite in the right teams, but eh.

Of course, having someone "pegged" doesn't mean shit, as HSL's play today really mostly convinced me he was honestly town (and I could see the other two pulling off similar stunts). I'm assuming HSL didn't have a conversion left, and so needed to still create reasonable doubt for tomorrow before voting Bookwyrm? (Will have to read everything later, as I need to rush off very soon!)

very nice play of trent and flub, I have to say. I was trembling half of day 2 that either of you would reveal that you are not masons after bookwyrms post and thinking me scum (I think the game would have progressed vastly different then, for I don't think we'd have dedo and adalia misrecruit in that case. (and no krypsyn claim w/o dedo dead) So yep Team boob: Hoooray :)
zfr: You were friggin great misguiding adalia (and everyone else) like that, glad to have been mason with you :D (else I'd have read you wrong, too for sure)

hsl: great play. I have to say I wouldn't have gone after you if I were in D4 instead of someone else. just really don't understood the hammer there (if you'd have put yourself on L-1 like that, I think you'd have been unlynchable for the rest of the day) guess you just wanted to have some rest. sorry, I had you wrong D1 but you did, too :P Still very impressed by your play and I hope you get better soon!!!
adalia: We talked in the dead thread (thanks for the advice!). Great game, great performance, scummy as hell :P still don't understand why they wouldn't lynch you D1 ;) But if I every came over as personally insulting, then I have to say I'm sorry again! I was quite invested in the game and so were you, but I never wanted to attack you personally only always the in game character. (also know that this was the first time I died in mafia. You killed me first ;)

Congrats to the Town and better luck next time to all scum. Adalia and ZFR take the cake, both did great job at misguiding and looking at what actually was going on the only thing I have to say about my reads is this.

It's fine, you came over as a bit arrogant and sure of yourself (which made sense once I knew you were a mason) but not insulting.

Man of the game for me is definitely ZFR. I know you were a bit annoyed by Krypsyn throwing the game, but you played fantastically well, particularly for your first game. I think we would have won if I hadn't killed myself trying to convert you.
trent is a close second. He had me absolutely convinced he must have been a mason and that was part of why I didn't think ZFR could be.

And I really enjoyed this game, most fun I've ever had as scum so thanks Lift! I think the set up could do with so tweaking, not sure what exactly yet but I'll have a think about it.
I have to say you did well too. I had doubts about you throughout the game but I did seriously consider trying to convert you the night you died converting me (which would have been hilarious).
I think if Hyper had died that day I probably would have risked it...

Well that was fun, but rather anti-climactic.

Well I got the factions and OG/recruit completely wrong. But I did get all the remaining scum!

And it appears that absolutely everyone read you as scum. Vanilla, masons, and scum. I feel kind of sorry for you on that point.

Finally had time to catch up. The various threads make for fun reading. I had to chuckle at adalia's "You're probably right about gogtrial, if they are the mason then they're probably not too likely to be swayed that easily."

I had thought I was slightly less obvi-mason than I apparently was, I blame flub for not being masony enough (though his voting was flawless), but definitely mad props to trent for being just the right amount of masony, and of course +1s to everyone's praise for ZFR.

@Krypsyn I'm interested to know if you still think you could've won this, given the fuller picture.
