I read it as everyone will know all the roles available. When you pick a role if it's one someone else picked you get vanilla, when you pick you don't know if anyone has picked before you or not.

Oh, I gotcha. That makes sense. This is what happens when one only skims the rules *hums innocently*.

What is great about this set up is that I can;t get a role I don't like. Town Vanilla is probably my favorite role, and whatever I choose I'll make sure I don't absolutely hate it. ;)

Frickin' GoG forum won't let me pick Comic Sans font so these things are bound to get lost in translation.

The list of number picks by players will be published and then players will get to choose from the list of available roles.

So if you choose 1 shot Taint Inspector and wind up with Vanilla, you'll know someone chose that role with a better number than yours.

Is that clearer, or have I made it worse??
