JMich: Curiouser and curiouser. I'm wondering if I should play follow the cop, with potentially lynching the so called cop if he's read is wrong, or if I should question the sanity of the claimed cop. We are in a hospital ward after all.
Still some time till the deadline though, no need to vote just yet.
agreed, curiouser and curiouser...

I think perhaps we are all just paranoid or delusional regardless of alignment OR we are all friendlies but our paranoia is just potentially going to get the best of us, and if we vote no-lynch, perhaps something beneficial will happen/reveal itself.
Maybe there is a novice cop who is pre-mature in their investigatory result (which would make sense to have a conclusive result on N0 of an investigation) and no matter who they investigate their result returns a false-positive, and that role is bookwyrm's. I'm becoming more-inclined to believe bookwyrm's intentions are not malicious either way.

cristigale: Wow, can't say this day isn't interesting. I've been working on replies, but I think this trumps that for the moment.

Why did you pick CSPVG?

Bookwyrm627: *shrug* I wasn't exactly drowning in extra information at the time.
You had a N0 opportunity to investigate someone and you're not sure why you chose CSPVG. Is that correct?

I was going to ask wyrm the same thing you did, why he chose CSPVG, and then saw you had beaten me to it. His answer isn't necessarily reassuring to me.

Funny you should say that.

The current deadline is moved forward to 7:45 a.m. Monday morning, roughly 42 hours from now.

Vote count unchanged since prior.

Me neither.

@all - do the night results from an investigation typically include both the person's name and their alignment? I suppose anything could go in this game, but I'd like your opinion.

It depends on your definition of 'typically'.

OK, a more direct question. Bookwyrn reported that CSPVG was both mafia and named Danny. Do you find it likely that he would receive both name and alignment in the results from his investigation?
avatar
Bookwyrm627: Do you at least have a game related opinion or two to share today?
Typical Day 1 push of perceived slights, real or not. Two cop claims, one calling a mafia result. Two possible lynch targets from those investigations, and potentially more tomorrow.
Better than the usual day 1 actually.

I think that is very possible, it all depends on the mod and how they choose to handle it.

The question is who do we believe, bookwyrm or CSPVG. I can't see bookwyrm lying at this point, it would not make any sense as it would get him lynched tomorrow if he is lying. If bookwyrn is an insane cop or a random cop that would be bad as it could cost us another cop in the game. The only reason I would even think of an insane or random cop is bler said there was an element that falls under bastard modding.

Opinions?
Catching up, be right back.

Bookwyrm627: I was allowed a single investigation on N0, and I happened to pick CSPVG. He came back Mafia.
Yeah, that's all fine and dandy if it came from someone else. I will re-ask you a question I asked you again in a previous game where you false claimed a cop and threw dirt on another player days later. Why wait so long to do it instead of screaming "Bloody murder!!" from the very get go?
Tick-tock.

New voting deadline: 7:30 a.m. PST Monday Morning.
Fascination!

I shall give the train a push.

Vote: CSPVG
