dedoporno: [...] He switched to soft-claiming Town vanilla (or did you miss that)? And at L-6 (Krypsyn said L-5 but I'm pretty sure p1na had only 3 votes at the time) at that. [...]
You're right, he only had Krypsyn, trentonlf and yogsloth voting him when he replied to me with that vanilla claim.

dedoporno: [...] There was no need to jump the gun. [...].
Perhaps he's anxious to end the Day and go post in another thread?

Based on the clarification I asked from Lifthrasil and he provided here, I'm not even sure his vote counts.

I like how adaliabooks is trying to twist the reasons people have voted P1na for, and when questioned about it, says "yeah ok, but not really ok". I also like how he's gone "I'll hammer because you've not left me any other choice", as if the deadline was expiring any moment now.

As dedoporno said, best case P1na would have been a distraction, and I have to wonder why adaliabooks would want to keep a distraction around.

adaliabooks: Not technically as I forgot to unvote. Wouldn't want us to slip to No Lynch on a technicality..
Hm, I'll accept that.
That's it then. I think it was a mistak folks.
Dedo, I'm not trying to avoid the elephant in the room! I'm tryin to stop us from a mislynch. I think flub, and to a lesser extent Krypsyn (though he has slowed his question dodging) are better lynches. Too late for that now though.
P1na has been Lynched!

Vote Count

P1na: 9 (Krypsyn, trentonlf, yogsloth, drealmer7, Ixamyakxim, dedoporno, bler144, cristigale, adaliabooks)
flubbucket: 2 (P1na, Leonard03)
yogsloth: 1 (flubbucket)
Ixamyakxim: 1 (Bookwyrm627)

Not Voting: Jmich, HijacK, HypersomniacLive

It is now Night. Please stop posting here.

More information will be forthcoming when Lifthrasil returns, but I feel it is best to end the Day now.
During the Day the discussion got more and more heated. First many suspected yogsloth, but then everyone turned on P1na. I know you're up to no good! someone called. Yes, look at him! He looks guilty! He was surely the one who killed Quad!
P1na protested to no avail. For a moment it looked as if no one wanted to be the one to string him up, but still his fate was sealed. Finally adaliabooks had had enough. "Let's finish this!" he said and threw a rope over a beam in the council hall. He had to do this twice, because he missed the beam on the first attempt. Then everything went quickly. Adalia put the noose around P1na's neck, while the others held him down. Then P1na was stood on a chair, the rope was fastened and adalia kicked the chair away. P1na struggled and choked - but after a while and lots of noise finally stopped moving and breathing. A quick investigation of his body and belongings turned out:

He was Jakob Torelli, Mafia Thug. He had no special powers, apart from dying for his team, apparently.

It is now night. Those of you, who have night actions, please try to send them to me in the next 48 hours. Those of you who can converse at night may use the appropriate thread now.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Final note: we have one vote for Amendmend XXI - but since that isn't written yet and since it may be your task (if you survive) to write it, that vote, unfortunately, is pointless and is therefore discarded. All other topical votes were either retracted or invalid due to non-boldness. ;-) Therefore, you are no step further to finding a solution to the prohibition problem. But after you may have successfully killed the Mafia agent today, you may be able to find a solution tomorrow. Unless, of course, there was more than one Mafioso among you. We will see what the night brings.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

And final prod count:

Only HijacK has been prodded today and therefore might find out more than he wants about the consequences of lurking.

It is a dark and stormy night. Outside the flag of the United States flaps in the wind but apart from on that flag no stars are visible. You all sleep uneasily. But then, shortly before dawn, you all suddenly awake with a start. Somewhere in the mansion a Tommygun fires. You all scramble and run to check where the noise came from.
The smell of cordite soon leads you to JMich's room. His door is ajar and here you also smell blood. When you open the door you see his naked body lying there in a puddle of blood and bullet-holes riddle his body. But his clothes are gone and so are his bed-sheets. And everything he owned. It looks like someone cleaned this room thoroughly.

JMich is dead.

Bewildered you look at each other and realize, that it isn't over yet. There is still a killer among you and you still have to find him - or them - before you can safely bring this issue to a conclusion. And each of you knows: your very life might depend on making the right decisions in the days to come.

************************************************************************************
It is now Day 2
All votes have been reset to zero. All lurking markers have been erased.
With 14 alive it takes 8 to lynch.

You may resume posting.
Bah... Or is it Baaaaahhhh?
Well.

Yogs, care to help here? I'm fairly sure that narrow's the choices for your role right down...

So, I'm well aware I probably look reasonably bad after that... but I stand by what I said. This time we got lucky, but I still think the reasons for starting the wagon stink.
Yes, P1na claiming vanilla was a bad thing to do, but he did so because he was put under pressure for a stupid reason. Ok, it's hard to complain about scum getting lynched, but considering you all complain about me suggesting random lynching, you then go ahead and lynch for the most ridiculous of statements...

Also, Lift's post at the end of the end of day posts suggests that actually there is definitely a reason to vote for the various options on the table, though I get the feeling we may not all agree on which option to vote for...

Very useful. So you're not the Coroner and don't have JMich's flip info?

Oh, and I forgot to mention. I was locked in my room last night. I presume a roleblock or Jail.

adaliabooks: Very useful. So you're not the Coroner and don't have JMich's flip info?
If I were the coroner, which I neither confirm nor deny, how would I have the bloody flip info already, ya git?

Because some versions get passed the info immediately on the person dying.
I suppose there is also the option of you having to investigate them...

Sorry, a little drunk so thinking process not entirely up to speed...
