HijacK: I'm wondering if you're a dealer now. xD I've actually seen the recipe for that shit. It's tough as hell to create.
I said it was trivial "in theory". There are only a few steps to go from lysergic acid to straight up LSD. However, in practice it can be tricky. It is one thing to write down chemical reactions going from Point A to Point F (or whatever), it is quite another to have the right lab set-up and/or the right technique/precautions to actually correctly effect these reactions. But, regardless, organic chemistry was easy and intuitive for me. Maybe I am just biased. ;)

My roommate thought the same thing. I mentioned to him that I had gotten that question right, and he asked me if I could make the stuff. Now, leaving aside the illegality of many of the ingredients, I wasn't about to even attempt it. There are too many things that can go wrong in the process for the inexperienced. He just thought I was make excuses (dang music major :P), and I was 'back-pedaling' my earlier statements.

I get you, but I got tired of people being tired of turning their heads to the blind spots. I tried to avoid it as much as possible, but lack of information does not lead to efficient scum hunting.

Form of an ice unicycle Seems appropriate with everything else so far.
Good one.
Regarding Leonard vs. yogs:
Yogs claims to know something about these flips. What? Yogs also says his claim will be more beneficial after Leonard’s flip. So far Pina flipped Mafia Thug (Jakob Torelli) and adalia flip Town Vanilla (Robert Johnson). Both names makes sense in context with the role. But adalia’s flip makes no sense given his claim. If we lynch Leonard, what’s to say his flip is going to be any more useful? Perhaps we may discover if his jailor claim was true.
@yogs – if Leonard flips scum, will you believe it? And vice versa? Do you think role is being tampered with as well as alignment? How would we know? What do you expect Leonard to flip?
I agree with most of bler’s recent assessments on yogs. How far do we trust him? He could just as well be scum as town. What I don’t have are any theories on what he might be up to (beyond stringing us along) nor a strong gutt feeling on his alignment. My opinion on Leonard has not changed. I have reservations about yogs but not on par with Leonard.
If yogs doesn’t come through with his claim Today or his claim proves not credible, he’s the sure lynch for Tomorrow. If he’s telling the truth, we stand to learn something valuable.
Vote Leonard

Then may I suggest turning some attention, and maybe a vote, to the (LAZARUS FTFW!!!) giant honking blind spot in the room? Namely, Yog? I...wut?

Why should we wait for the flip? We get the actual flip when night falls and we can no longer talk about what it means. Why should we think the flip will be useful at all? As you acknowledge, Adalia's flip was obviously tampered with. Yog himself has claimed that the flips can't be trusted, except for that one mafia flip, which demonstrates how he's led the charge in nailing two scum already, so clearly he must be town.
Why are we thinking about giving Yog yet another day to try and collect data to fine tune whatever he's got in mind? If he's telling the truth, then we can build on the theory and possibly work out the weaknesses. If he's lying, then forcing him to reveal now will hopefully make it easier to detect.
Bler was talking about Adalia with the following quote, but I think it applies just as well in this situation:
bler144: Putting that off til tomorrow gives him more time, and potentially also more info to formulate a better defense/claim. Speaking broadly, Leonard, perhaps like 1-2 other players, is generally best tackled by other means, imo. /shrug
Leonard isn't going anywhere. He's stuck in a claim, and I doubt he'll be able to trot out any sudden revelations later to try and save his skin. Yog, on the other hand, has all but said he's got extra information and we just need to trust him.dedoporno

So you're saying Yog went and bussed his buddies from the very get go? He tends to get a bit self-centred every now and then but do you believe he would go that low just for the sake of gaining town credit and potentially winning? Or is there something else I'm missing? Yog already promised a full explanation post lynch. If he doesn't provide that I will go at him at full speed tomorrow (and in any upcoming game at that matter) and probably wouldn't even care what he has to say about it. It's like something he said to Trent some games ago when Trent looked pretty bad but continue to insist he was Town. Yog told him that the endless repeating finally worked and he will back off but if it ends up being a lie he will never trust him again. So yeah. We are supposed to get the claim at hammer time. Is it that worse than if we got it right now? Actually, let me re-phrase. Do you find it more likely that Yog is scum rather than Leonard?

1) Pina was going to go down, and Yog is smart enough to see that. He waited a bit to see if Pina could talk his way out, but he knew what was going to happen. It took 3 real life days for that lynch to run its course, start to finish, and that was with people going "No rush, we've got time". 2) Tell me how we know that Adalia was both scum and that he was aligned with Yog. Two people looked bad at the start of Day 2 (Adalia and Leonard), and Yog was happy to kill either one. "One down, now for the other! I know who to lynch tomorrow as well."
Line them up and knock them down, and town just needs to trust he has it right.

Awesome. Yog promised a full explanation after someone else is dead, and when we'll be on mod-borrowed time to talk about what it might mean before the Day ends. And if his full explanation outs a power role, who then dies that night? Oops, he did what he promised to do. Actually, let me re-phrase. Do you find it more likely that Yog is scum rather than Leonard?
Yes, Yog looks scummier to me. I think Leonard does look bad, but as things stand, Scum Leonard is FAR less dangerous than Scum Yog. Leonard isn't going anywhere, and I think he is highly unlikely to survive the game, regardless of his alignment. Yog, on the other hand, is loose to do whatever he's trying to do. I think his only interest in town is how fast he can make them die, unless he can use them as a weapon against neutrals.
