mchack: Please don't extend the deadline just because we can't decide on who to lynch.
When has that ever happened? Only times I recall there been an extension was because a key player (read accuser or accused) was unable to be online during the deadline due to circumstances outside their control, thus the rest of the players asked for an extension.
I also think Joe used to allow a "vote extension" to add a few more days to the deadline, but not really sure.

mchack: (and to think I've took a free day from work for this...)
Oh geez, please tell me you didn't actually do that.

JMich: When has that ever happened?
Quad specifically said he might do it in the post mchack replied to. Made my heart sink, too.

Anyway, obviously I'm highly plugged in here and observing everything, but had to note that I probably won't be for the entire ~2 hours left to us. Deadline comes at an exact time when I am likely to be offline.

ok, that's good to know. Since this isn't the case here, we should finally have at least some conclusion (whatever it might be) in two hours. and that's about time....

RWarehall: No, you are ridiculous...
"Believe me, I know" with no actual reason or analysis whatsoever accomplishes nothing.
The fact you are still so blind as to pretend nothing was learned says volumes.
I didn't say nothing was learned, in spite of what someone like you would believe or have people believe. Go back and check. I dare you. Where did I ever state that?

avatar
RWarehall: But go ahead and yell and scream with all your non-reasons...
I'm scummy because you say so, umm, well, hardly a reason...
You're scummy because you fail to give any kind of reasons or explanations for your actions. I recall your first real vote of the game. Still no reason given for that one in.. what? 2 weeks? All other votes and statements followed the same pattern. I'm guessing that you noticed people were not questioning you hard and you just kept doing it. Kinda enough, I say.

avatar
RWarehall: And should I get confirmed town, are you offering up your head?
Why should I? If you flip town then that was just terrible play on your part. Muddying waters and doing nothing like you say so many do. Do you think that all who lynched adalia on first day a couple of games ago should have offered their head for calling out scummy play?

flubbucket: Is Alive subjektivní nebo je to neměnný stav bytí ??

Vitek: Stop cheating with Translator. Subjektivní a neměnný don't even rule out each other.
I'm a 'Murican. I only talk english.

Vitek: .............

avatar
flubbucket: So you'd be willing to "vig" me out of my misery??

Thank you old friend.

Vitek: If I could I would shoot you all.

I got to say: I like his spirit. So much determination and commitment. *inspires heavily* Brilliant.

flubbucket: I'm a 'Murican. I only talk american.
Fixed that for you.
avatar
HijacK: Fixed that for you.
It is true. He doesn't use enough vowels to speak 'English'. I suspect he also might be tempted to pronounce all syllables in place names such as Worcester, Gloucester, and Leicester. :P

Actually it would be I only speak 'murican.

But I ain't got no good grammar no how...

Nice to know that you consider being unable to decide who to lynch as "a decent reason for wanting to extend this". I'd have thought it was a crap reason, but what do I know about it.

I will always say Wor-CHEST-er, and to hell with your "woosta" nonsense.

to be truthful about it, it was only part of the reason. Firstly the chance simply presented itself since we were overstaffed for that particular shift today. Secondly I'm heavily overworked and just needed some free time (don't seem to get any, anymore since I started working two jobs) And only thirdly I would have been at work for the last 10 hours of this day and I wanted to avoid that :) ... turns out it wouldn't have mattered anyway :/
Still nothing, eh? Any chance in lynching HSL? No?

vote flubbucket
...and the poor fellow hits L-3.

yogsloth: I will always say Wor-CHEST-er, and to hell with your "woosta" nonsense.
Derby and Warwick are fun for Americans too, in terms or pronunciation. However, at least the number of syllables is less of a sticking point. ;)

Now... don't even get me started on Welsh names. I hear it is quite phonetic, once one knows the rules, but, to me, England severely needs to loan Wales a few of their extra vowels. :P Seriously, I have looked up how to pronounce "Perfeddwlad" half a dozen times at this point, and it just won't stick in my head...

dedoporno: Still nothing, eh? Any chance in lynching HSL? No?
If we both switch to HypersomniacLive, he will have 1 vote more than flubbucket (5 vs 4). This would raise the additional votes required to lynch either one, though (since it is now 6 Flub vs. 3 HSL). Between the two, we do have enough votes to lynch someone at least.

As an aside, I am curious why Vitek decided to vote for HypersomniacLive, right after I moved my vote to flubucket, in order to, supposedly, avoid a No Lynch? Placing a vote on a wagon losing momentum rather than one gaining momentum doesn't seem like a way to avoid not lynching someone.
