How does this defer from almost everyone else? I have been jumping on wagons that seem viable as well. And a few other at that matter. I will most certainly go back to Ix, it's just I don't think that's a reliable reason since it can very well apply to half or more of the Townies just as well given our situation.



I don't know about RW but I so want to vote HSL it's not even funny. Nothing solid but I've had this terrible, bugging feeling from the start of the game that he's scum this time.

Of that list, I think you Krypsyn and Vitek (for me) fall under the category of *a wash* - I'd lynch you because there's an off chance you could be scum and there's a chance you're town that we *could* lynch and maybe try to draw out scum.

RWarehall is fine in my book.

I'd pay close attention to Crewdroog and HSL - I think they're your most likely source of scum.

And Vitek - our wagons have stalled, multiple times, at right around the same point. I don't know who is playing so cautious, town or scum but I think it's worthwhile to find out and sooner rather than later. I originally (and sort of still do) think it's scum.

Hyper is one of the two I've been going back and reading over posts. There's nothing overly definitive, but I agree that there's something there that to me that feels off.

As for RW I asked him about 16 minutes after he posted his odd request what he was thinking, but he did not answer. Would love to hear what he says too.

I also see Ix is getting another wagon formed, but I'm not sure on that one. He has made some odd comments and decisions, but I get the feeling he's town floundering around and trying to make something happen.

I didn't but I wouldn't regardless of my alignment anyway. My point was that this is not a solid reason on it's own, since a bunch of genuine townies could be hopping around in the same way and grasping at straws, since we have next to nothing.

As I said, if it comes to me I will make this wagon happen, I'm not questioning it in general, just this one specific reason for it.

As for voting for me, feel free to do it if you feel like it. I won't mind as long as you have a good reason for it.

I have way too little time to play this game seriously atm. Sorry guys, but I'll have you know, I really tried: I reread every post of each vitek, krypsyn and trent and I have been keeping up to date on the thread.
But as for contributing there's not much I can find. It's true that the three I mentioned above and in one of my last posts, never really argued with each other, but I think that's more the norm in this game rather then a special case. As to what I've found it's almost nothing: there was the snooker business, #672 felt a bit like an OMGUSFVMB (Oh my God you suck, for voting my buddy :P) and of course they were pretty likeminded in the business of trying to lynch me for not having the word station in my pm rank. But I have to say, it was a good catch and if the tables were turned (ie. me having a pm with station in front of my rank and someone else claiming with and another without it) I'm sure I'd also have put my vote in there aswell. But since I know I'm town, I didn't get what this ruckus was about, in the beginning...
As for always being on the same wagon, turns out that's simply not true (only on my wagon, this was the case).

Also since I now get that vitek won't be policy lynched for lying (what with jmich and drealmer now voting each other) it's time for me to
unvote vitek
because I think my vote will be more useful in preventing no-lynch.

But as for who to put it on I have a lot more rereading to do ...
I also found viteks post here, pretty funny on reread since we're now way over 1000 posts and somehow I don't think the next days will not be done in only a few dozen posts ;)

So many folks have listed HypersomniacLive as a second choice for lynch, and I am no different. He was sick and stressed, so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. However, he has gotten details wrong and misrepresented connotations of players quite a few times.

This is actually extremely scummy. I do tend to agree with trentonlf a lot in these games, but Vitek and I are often at each other's throats by now. It has actually made me a little uncomfortable that Vitek hasn't done anything yet with which I strongly disagree.

This sentiment is how I feel about yogsloth. Usually by now we have been in a big argument or two, but I am finding myself agreeing with him the majority of the time this game. It's... disturbing, but I'm not complaining.

I am good with voting Hyper at this point. I hope all is well outside the game, but in the game he's been inconsistent with his posts. I'm going with my gut in this one.

At this point, if no one else is finding what JMich did intruder-like, I am willing to give him the benefit of the doubt and unvote him. I was thinking it is possible he is an intruder because it really seemed he may have been trying to make it more contentious than necessary (no one else thinks this? just to be sure) and I found it hard to believe that what I was asking about was that hard to understand or as unreasonable as he was making it to be. But if no one else has issues with how all of that went, I have a hard time keeping my issue with it sticking enough to vote for him right now. But it will be being kept in mind.

I would be okay (not comfortable, by any means) voting a few people at this point, looking at how the wagons are building, it's a hard choice.

Vitek, crewdroog, Ixamyakxim, and HSL are all generally higher on my suspicion list, and their votes are all intertwined. RWarehall is actually more suspicious to me right now than HSL and I'm not as comfortable voting HSL right now, or crewdroog simply because she hasn't shown enough for me to have a strong enough feeling to vote for. Ixamyakxim, RWarehall and Vitek are the only 3 I am okay with voting for right now.

So, it kind of feels like "do I go with Vitek or Ixamyakxim?" Who is more believable and, if they are more believable, is it because they played their hand well and they are an intruder, or because they are truly a crew-member and prevailed convincing me enough so of that. I have a feeling that if we vote one of these 2 to be eliminated, the "flip" will be telling either way. I find voting HSL or someone else will be less telling and am already less sure of him and others, so. I really feel like 1 of the 2 is, but can't figure out which. Of course, it could be neither.

I'm going to sit and ponder for a bit and try and decide. Re-reading posts it seems like Vitek is a more experienced and Ixamyakxim is, as trentonlf said, floundering a bit simply because he is a bit newer to the unfoldings of everything in situations like these and is talking outloud too much and it caught him flack, but isn't necessarily signs of an intruder. AAAGGHH!!!

As for HSL, I was reading back over his posts when I found myself very confused because his last post had been on the 11th.

I then realized that I had set adalia's script to search pages 1-13 instead of 1-23. Well, I guess that makes a difference...


So, if you'll kindly throw your minds back to the 7th of October, you'll remember that I voted for HSL without giving a reason. Later, I assured yogsloth that it was a legit vote, but still didn't provide a reason. Well, now I'm explaining myself and I'm saying that it was due to his meta.
HSL is generally a lurker (no offense) for the early part of the game, and he has been surprisingly active this time around, as well as being more aggressive than seems usual. However, I didn't feel that meta reasons were good enough to actually keep my vote there, so I removed it.
Now, though, my vote is doing very little good floating around in cyberspace, so I want to land it somewhere.
I refuse to vote for HSL solely for meta reasons. However, I'm also finding that he's paying very little attention to the game thread. I understand that he has been sick and has had family emergencies, but I'm afraid I don't consider that a very good excuse. Especially as he hasn't corrected himself at all, and doesn't seem to intend to correct himself.

Specific Issues, you ask? There are only a couple of definite ones...

Post #666 - HSL seems to have missed drealmer7's reply to my question. And drealmer7 has said a few times that he didn't understand HSL's questions, yet HSL continues to badger him.
And he seems deliberately obtuse in questioning drealmer7's assertion that those on the team can reach us with their communicators. It seems fairly obvious to me, especially given how drealmer7 has been roleplaying, that this is simply RP-speak for 'the team can still talk to us and vote'. Which isn't at all an unreasonable expectation.

Post # 1070 - I've addressed this before, but he apparently missed, or simply ignored, QuadrAlien's second post about the PM situation.
In this post he also sets up and knocks down several strawmen in regards to the (ir)relevance of the OP Role Example. He does so in such a way as to make those voting for mchack seem rather dim-witted. Seems to me pretty likely that HSL doesn't have Station in the PM title. Which makes me wonder, despite the mod's assertion...

I'm not going to vote for him yet. But I really want him to respond to this. I will vote for you, HSL, if youcan't explain yourself to my satisfaction.


@Crewdroog - What do you mean "As posted a few up"? Seems to me it was quite a while ago that HSL voted for Ixamyakxim.



I really wish that this game (in general, not this specific game) wouldn't die over the weekend. It's the only time when I can give it my full attention...

All right. Why the feck not. This is supposed to be fun, after all, and I want to share this/think it could add to some interest (it also gives me a little less advantage, MAYBE, than if I were to keep it to myself, but, whatever, I'm mostly having fun with all of you and this might add to the fun/interest?)

I went to a get-together (party?) last weekend and we played two games of The Werewolves of Millers Hollow (ie, Mafia). There were 10 of us (9+1mod.) I only knew 2 of the people (my partner and our friend who invited us to the party.) I never even knew what mafia games were at all before looking at the sign-up thread for this game. Now I've got 2 games under my belt and this is essentially my 3rd even though when it started it was my 1st. I also thought this might be interesting for the observers to know. I'll tell you the results of those 2 games after this one is finished (:

I'm definitely not paranoid, but suspicion certainly goes around and around, which is a healthy mental state I suppose given the circumstances.

I'm right with agentcarr16 with the things about HSL, except for the meta stuff because I have no experience with him, but I am perhaps being forgiving of his behavior/lack of addressing certain issues clearly/his badgering of me more than others/perhaps I should be.

I am more confident in the likely hood that either or/both Vitek and Ix are intruders, and would like to stick to one of them moreso than go with HSL or someone else at this point.

So, agentcarr16, and others (and I'm definitely very curious what crewdroog has to say at this point about anything) who have something to contribute, what do you think about Ix and Vitek?
