HypersomniacLive: Just a quick heads up - I'm dealing with a family emergency, it's been a very long and stressful day, and it's not completely over yet.
I have to catch up, but I'm pretty beaten at the moment, and I just want to go to bed, sorry.
Hope to post something meaningful tomorrow some time, but it'll depend on how things are going.
Hyper, real-life emergencies kinda take priority over forum games. Just a little.

Hope that whatever's happening gets better fast.

You'll be in my thoughts Hyper - wishing the best for you and yours.

QuadrAlien: Truth accepted.
What does that mean?

You are aware you are the mod, right? Aren't you supposed to not influence the game like this?

Have to say, that interjection feels a bit odd. This is my first game, but I didn't think that mods actively got involved in the choosing process.

...

Well, on the one hand I am comforted, but on the other hand I am slightly put out. :P

Unvote: mchack

No fraggin' idea where I am going to put my vote now. It seems like it might require some concentration, for a change, and I am already a few beers in.

Is this the mod speaking or QUAD speaking?

At this moment, I am not demanding, or even suggesting, that my fellow players, in acknowledgement of a previously stated opinion or conclusion that I have expressed, queue up in a general leftward direction for any particular reason that may or may not be related to any particular activity I may wish, but probably won't, express.

I have no clue what you are on about.
Just caught up! Which doesn't say much because kinda all the arguments I had in mind are pretty zilch right now. Maybe I should place a vote. But.... just one thing. Why in the freaking banana valley does nobody flip at how agent flipped his shit? If I do shit like that there's already an army forming against me with booky and booksie-wooksie leading it even if it doesn't even make sense. Not cool yo'. Not cool. I call somebody retarded and I can already see a raid forming outside my chat window. drealmer does it and it's excused on RP basis. crewdroog flips and overreacts and it's cool. She's just new.

I hate you all.

As for suspects, if I were to place a vote I would probably do it on crewdroog because of some of her earlier posts combined with the latest flip and some inconsistencies Vitek already tackled. But of course that would have no meaning and pull because, you know, ain't nobody touching newbies the first day, so I'm going back to re-read shit because I don't have much else.

Fun fact: I don't think I've ever seen a mafia game with so many wagons forming and dying so fast. People jump from one to the other like bunnies. At least it keeps things interesting.
ok, short break from work , so I thought I'd take the chance to post.
Thanks to quad for the unexpected backup. What he's trying to say I guess is that I didn't invent what I've claimed. (In fact it was copy-pasted out of my pm) And the only reason I did that was because I've thought it fit the crisis situation so well, that I wanted the dispatcher to know that I'd be a good choice.
For any investigative role that doesn't believe me and is willing to check that, feel free to have a go at me tonight.
If I am still alive tonight that is. As I can totally understand when everyone's fed up with day 1 and just wants to lynch anybody, but with me you would hit town (yet again). Slowly it seems that just can't be avoided.
Guess my wife would apreciate it :) She says I put way too much time into this game anyway, but I'm still having fun, so I wouldn't apreciate getting lynched at all...

Besides that I want to comment that I find it suspicious that there never seems to be any argument between vitek and krypsyn and maybe even trent.
I don't have the time now to check their interactions, but from what I remember all of them work together quite fluidly as a team when voting or defending... Maybe it's just my imagination, but I'll be sure to check it out in the morning when I'm home before going to bed. And post on what I've found if anything...

Eh, not that I disagree, but you almost sound disappointed that this happened.

This whole debacle begs a question. Not sure if it's cool to ask though.

I say just ask it. That might be the IPA talking, however.

Noting this, btw. GL, take care. I've having one of those endless "just want it to be over" kind of days, but sounds like nothing compared to this. Just work shit for me. Hope it turns out OK and you get back to sniping the crud out of people tomorrow.

It's regarding the format of ranks, but it dabbles with too many unknowns and dedo's question still has some merit, although I guess different mods do different things.

When I read dedo's question I thought of one scenario where only a certain member may potentially have extra knowledge regarding this format if he knew what to ask. Ugh, let me simplify as I feel I'm over complicating myself. I was thinking: What if there is an investigative role that gets rank information? Now I understand what some of you might have seen wrong with mchack's claim, but if this individual noticed the same thing and asked the mod about it usually mods do assist these roles with information. Thus, since (potentially?) only one individual has this information if he fails to disclose it town can get into deep trouble by not knowing this. But as I said. dedo's question still has legitimacy in this case because it would be the duty of town to figure things out, assuming the said individual is town.

I don't know. I think I still complicated myself. It looks more like an argument than a question.
