yogsloth: Honestly, I'm still in the same spot there. If cat is a baddie I'd be pretty surprised. She's pretty relaxed and smooth, and it would be way too easy to jump on my silly death robot comment, and she wasn't even phased.
Hmm. Do you remember having ever played a game with her before? Does she know your playstyle?
PookaMustard: My browser history contains hentai, yes, I'm confessing to that. I also go eat lots of hamburgers, at McDonald's specifically, and then follow it up with bucketfuls of KFC. I also go back and lie down in bed, postponing today's work not to tomorrow, but to next year. I also look at my fellow cardinals and uhm, wish I could have some of their fortune, and take out all my anger on people.
(That would be lust, gluttony, sloth, envy and wrath, right? RIGHT!?)
If that is what
you're admitting to I am frightened to think what you're still hiding.
Catventurer: Even if Fark is the messenger, it doesn't mean he isn't a reformer also. Having a powerrole doesn't guarantee that he's on the right side of things. I'm also inclined to think that between the Messenger and Prankster that one of the is on the reformer team.
Agreed about Fark, not entirely about the prankster. While it is possible that they are scum indeed, the probability that they are Town is considerably greater.
If we assume our messenger Fark is Town, the chance of a townie prankster is 71.5% and scum prankster is 28.5%.
If however the messenger is scum then they only have one player that can carry another PR. It's a mere 14.3% chance compared to Town's 85.7%
And all that means nothing conclusive. That is just how statistics work.
mchack: Maybe someone with a sharper mind than mine, can see something helpful there. Can update the images anytime with the newer data if anyone asks. Else I'll just keep it as a pet project. I can also ISO people's posts now, but the .json doesn't work with nested quoting yet, so that's what I'm debugging now.
Don't spend much time on this. As you yourself attested, finding a pattern there is not easy.
I can't help thinking that you wasted a lot of time on it and only when you stopped you made your best post by far (#181)
mchack: Ok, now Joppo. Only 4 Posts, I was on the edge of telling, now who's not engaged, but then I read the posts and man he is engaged
4 posts isn't much I admit, but I actually would have a bunch more if I didn't pack all the replies together every time I finally manage to find time to play.
Like Micro, I liked post #181.
Catventurer: Except that I already moved my vote back onto Fark because really that vote was just "I demand that you talk about more than scrapers."
Okay here's the explanation I assumed would be there. Makes sense. CatV's regular behavior here, tends to town-ish.
Catventurer: Then there's the cryptoclaiming itself. He used three different accounts, which is also highly suspicious, because most people would stick to just one account.
What Fark said about that not being cryptoclaiming is true. Had it been cryptoclaiming Lift would have him modkilled because it's against the rules.
I also don't see why the extra accounts make him more likely to be scum. What does that matter? This specific part looks like you're trying to make something out of unimportant stuff.
The rest of your post however I tend to agree with... except for one tiny detail. You see, Fark does remind me of someone we played several games with. Yes, you did too. It is like we were playing with that very same person right now, you get it? And when he played, stuff like what you have against Fark would hold less weight than you're giving it.
Speaking of that other player, after palying with him several times I noticed changes in his writing patterns whenever he draws scum. I can't see that pattern anywhere. I'm almost certain you're pushing a townie's wagon, however justified it might seem to you.
FarkyTheDog: Vote Fark
I suck at this game, someone put me out of my misery already.
Ouch. A selfvote is like... a cardinal sin!
I'm almost voting you for that, except for the fact that I believe you're Town. You
should know better if you're as experienced as I think you are.
Then again, post #233 appears to be legit frustration. Can't fault you there if I'm reading you right, but still... keep trying to help us draw out scum, mate.
And hey, if you're Town and ends up investigated at least you will be a stump, you'll keep your voice and no one will suspect an agenda behind your posts afterwards, right?
