As Bucktooth pointed out, it looks like whoever the Oneshot Sprayer is posted the ad? I mean if not then I am as confused as you.

I figured it was a joke, just making sure. I like RVS, but sometimes it clogs things up because people think joke votes are real.

Now, in the light of windows thanks to the withdrawn curtains, things look ... basically the same as before. But anyway, it's time for a tally.

Okay, that's just silly. We can also all do our own fake adverts for ourselves, such as:

We should definitely find out who wrote that other messages and not elect them. She definitely hates bananas, so there is that. She's lived in suburbs all her life! She recommends that all Cardinals not participate in any fad diets, especially not weirdo things like eating worms... or bananas. Please don't.

I kinda misremembered the game resuming in earnest at the end of the holiday, instead of at the start of the new year and only today I thought to check where we are at.

I may have missed something if I wasn't following past games too closely, but I believe this is Fark's first game of Mafia in Gog. You know we had a tradition to not lynch newcomers in the first Night.*

*Technically they can still participate afterwards as a stump, but eh.


To be fair, this a pretty convoluted theory that would make every conspiracy nutjob ashamed. Or proud. With so many moving parts beyond Fark's reach there are so many things that could go wrong, I think anyone able to pull that off would have even greater success by enacting some simpler plan. You've been in the scumteam before and you know it is not that easy to predict how someone can or will be manipulated.

I'm not saying it isn't true or that it can't be true, mind you. But to my eyes Fark's post #111 makes sense.

If you're Town you should strive to remember this stuff. Sooner or later you need to spell out the motives behind your votes.
And if you're scum you should try to come up with a more solid-looking lie. (But only for future games, of course. During this one you should just be transparent, eat a lunch and get us one third of the way to victory.)

Technically we all can do our own ads but only the oneshot sprayer can have it written on the wall, and only they can do it anonymously.
That said, you had me swaying for liking cats, and almost tipped me over for disliking bananas. If only I was convinced you are not of them pesky reformers!

Not much change since the last count. Just Cardinal West returned to self-electing. Most of the other Cardinals sit silently at the big table and stare at each other. Only the quarterly chimes from the Sistene Chapel tell of the passing of time. Time, of which about six or seven hours are left.

(Depending on when I get around to checking in again after bringing my kid to bed)

I don't honestly think micro is a reformer, but I also don't want to risk a no-lynch so close to the deadline since the reformers do get a night kill anyway.

I'll leave my vote for now but I'll be curious to see what everyone else thinks the game plan should be in this final hour

same here. But since it's only a few hours left and a "nolynch" will only let those pesky reformers choose who to investigate the chances are definitely better (more than 0%) that we actually get a reformer if we investigate microfish.
