When are these being made available to customers? I bought all three packs yesterday, but none have showed up on my account on this website or GOG Galaxy. Payment was debited from my PayPal account and my checking account.

They show up as the individual games in the collections. Eye 1-3 for the first and so on.

Clearly. I'm pretty certain their entire business model for the last ~7 years or so has been to charge customers money for fake "games", pocket the cash, and then never deliver anything. Looks like it's been working pretty well.

GOG usually is slow at replying during weekends. And no, GOG is not a scam site, I've never had any problems with them myself, so you must have suffered some unfortunate hiccup. It happens, but GOG is very good at solving those issues.

Are you using the website, did you get to the window which confirms your order was sucessfull? If so click on got o your account and select one of the games. It worked fine on day one at the busy point for me. All games there. Note I don't use galaxy as there are numerous.problems. I cant say it enough, login to the website, use your account and download via browser download. Avoids a lot of these issues.

It can be anything but a scam...! As others said, wait for the support to reply. And please don't send multiple tickets, just one is sufficient enough. ;-)

Did you look under C: "Curse of the Azure Bonds"?
Did you look under D: "Dungeon Hack"?
Did you look under E: "Eye of the Beholder"?

If you did and they're not there, wait a couple of non-weekend days for GOG to answer your ticket. If they don't, send them another one. Don't worry, you'll get your games.
