Makes me think Curve did a deal that didn't include GOG.

If GOG truly was treating them like cr*p(and if they weren't making enough money here as well), I am guessing they might've felt that cutting ties before the dlc was released was the way to go....sad and also unfair for those who bought it here, but I can somewhat get why they might've done it.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say this wasn't all about GOG treating them like crap. Not to say i don't believe GOG didn't treat them like crap, but this one seems underhanded with the whole need to remove DRM. Looks to me like they are playing a similar game.

Either way, I suspect we'll see more delistings as time goes on if GOG is treating some partners in such a manner and continues to do so.

As such, I think actual bad devs should be held accountable, but also that people shouldn't be so quick to blame the devs every single time.

NO no. GOG appears to have some degree of an NDA or something. I don't know the exact details, but it's very clear that devs on the whole have to keep their mouths shut.

Just because one company's(*cough* gog *cough*) radio silence is/can be indicative of an uncaring company, that doesn't mean that every company that does so is uncaring.

(that said, the devs could be uncaring/etc, but without more info we can't know for sure....and due to the NDAs mentioned by Kohlrak above the dev might not be able to tell us their reasons for delisting even if they wanted to)

Reviews say it is not Drm-Free, a good reason for this game store to delist a game. I watched the trailer and it looks interesting. Maybe once DRM-Free will be with us again, no exceptions...ekhm...

Well, I bought the game to see for myself and I don't see any DRM. Where is it? After downloading the game, I unplugged my ethernet cable, installed, and ran the game with no problems.

mrkgnao brought this to GOG's attention, and reported the game's

In the topic "Vague signs..." I predicted just a few days ago that Curve Digital is abandoning GOG. Too bad about The Ascent, which seems to be their only new game coming out that promised well.

To those interested in the game, I confirm that it has no DRM, the bug was created because they had released an update on GOG taken from Steam without the proper checks. The next update fixed the problem.

Anyway another developer to blacklist for their disgraceful behavior.
