I've never quite figured out what the internet's fascination is with bacon. Sure, I do enjoy some delicious bacon from time to time, but on everything? No, thanks.

Fairfox: Not a list of all-in-one :P, but options:

1. Salmon, sweet potato and spinach (mixed with high protein nuts and low-cal blue cheese) salad.
2. Hummus with celery and carrots to dip in. Possibly chips if you're feeling nawdy, but of teh healthier variety, if poss.
3. Sushi (brown rice) and garden salad, maybe with some chicken if you're adventurous. Skip the soy.
4. Stir fry (use olive oil!) with diced chicken breast, red and green peppers, water chestnuts, onion, asparagus, carrots, green beans and broccoli.
5. Tuna salad (as you mentioned!), easy on teh mayonnaise.

Not pizza. Not fried chicken. Not kabob. Not pasta. Not burger. Not fish 'n' chips.

Yeah, it does. Never ate that. What I like is pretzel snacks from Hannover with honey, mustard and onions, I call them "Honey Bastards". :-)
