Greetings.

Warhammer 40K seems to be on a roll and Focus Home Interactive have Battlefleet Gothic: Armada and Space Hulk: Deathwing.
They also have Warhammer with Blood Bowl 2 and Mordheim: City of the Damned.

So I really hope GOG have them here or are negotiating for them to come here. If not go get them GOG! :)

Damn! Great! I probably missed that because the games they have here doesn't interest me...
Even though they are here as Grargar pointed out; doesn't mean we'll see any of the 'newer' WH40K titles on GOG.

Sad but true, unfortunately.
Yeah, but there hasn't been a release from them on gog for about a year now (last one was Space Run if im not mistaken - june 2014). I hope at least Act of Aggression will be the game that they release here.

Yeah but if the publisher is already here chances are at least a little better.

Though they will probably have to get the Steam Treatment for years and years and years and... before they gets here. :(

Well, it's not a secret that some GOG-signed publishers haven't released any games here for quite a long time.

Sure, I don't mind waiting. I was really surprised when F.E.A.R, Saint's Row and Metro Last Light came here after so long. Problem is, I want more now! XD

I'm also used to waiting. Though I don't like it and the new W40K rereleases gave me a taste that made me want more. Now. ;)
Sorry for bumping this thread, but Mordheim got released today and... um... you already know the question I'm about to ask, I suppose.

Yes, I do know your question, but Focus Home hasn't released anything for a long while here, so don't hold your breath.

Maybe when GOG's market reaches that of Steam's, or GOG has a comparable client, AAA publishers will start to take interest in this place.
Styx was awesome and gets no love on Steam. It needs to be here.
AAA publishers are probably still with the "it's DRM-Free = more pirated" mentality, while fully knowing their games on Steam get pirated at release regardless of GOG.

That said (based on my opinion):

- Some of them would have to maintain up to 6 different versions (Windows/Mac/Linux), 3 per distributor.
- Releasing patches on GOG is somewhat slower as they have to work around Steam-Only features such as the Workshop.
- For Linux, devs have been provided a framework which basically eliminates many dependency issues across the different distros (This may or may not the reason why so many Linux versions are missing from recent releases).
- Greenlight/Beta/Early Access features. Beta may be passable but the other 2 are more complicated than simply adding the feature in Galaxy, feels out of place considering how many GOG users refuse to use a client and devs would get very little feedback in return.
- Self Publishing, GOG maintains a curated library unlike the Jungle that Steam is but also has its drawbacks.

I for one don't wish for GOG to become a DRM-Free clone of Steam but wouldn't mind a little more AAA releases now and then (Yes Oblivion I'm still waiting for you).
