I'm looking for first person puzzle adventure games like Portal, Portal 2, Q.U.B.E., Talos Principle, A Story About My Uncle. I like they physics puzzles, as well as the storytelling in these games, and would like to find similar experiences.

So here are all the games that fit the bill so far:
Portal
Portal 2
Q.U.B.E.
A Story About My Uncle
Magrunner: Dark Pulse
Quantum Conundrum
Magnetic: Cage Closed
Parallax
TRI
Lemma
Qbeh-1
Against The Wall
Antichamber
Inverto
Pandora: Purge of Pride
Twin Sector
Kairo
Polarity
Naissancee
Attractio
Glitchspace
Matter
Ilamentia
Mind: Path to Thalamus
Rememoried
Dream
Refunct
Welkin Road

(P.S. I will be going through this list and making links next to each entry for the various stores you can buy them at (concentrating on GOG and Steam since that's where I usually get my games personally) as well as the games official websites if they have them)

Magrunner: Dark Pulse is pretty similar. Physics puzzles with magnets!
You might have listed most of them already. The only other one I can think of, off the top of my head, is Quantum Conundrum.
You could try The Ball.

Magnetic: Cage Closed.
What about Parallax? It's even available DRM-free at itch.io, IndieGameStand, and Humble.

I've only played a couple of levels but looks pretty good.

TRi! It is brilliant!

Did I mention that TRI is a good game?

By the way, you should check out TRI also, it is rather good.

TRI might be exactly what you are looking for.

I will just add some random links here that might be of interest:
https://www.gog.com/game/tri
http://www.tri-game.com/

Oh... And why not try TRI? I quite liked it.
Anyway, leaving TRI aside (did I mention it is rather good?) you may also want to check out Lemma
http://lemmagame.com/

Or Qbeh-1
http://qbeh-1.com/

There is no greater game than Magrunner: Dark Pulse in this genre.

It's so great that I didn't bother to finish it... TWICE! :P
if you want something a bit more off the wall, there is also Against The Wall (:)). Unfortunately, it seems to be stuck in development hell, but if you want to just relax a bit with something different, there is still a free demo available on the website: http://www.againstthewallgame.com/play/

This stackexchange thread asked the exact same question, and received a lot of great answers :)

I especially recommend Antichamber,
which is actually 80% off at the Humble Store for the next 3 hours (!!!)
