tinyE: All I know is every time I see that avatar I get that fucking song stuck in my head and am overcome by an irresistible urge to wear shoes without socks.
I can listen to Crockett's theme for hours. I'm actually sad now I can't find that looped forever long version on youtube. :(
I've just added 4 more steam keys I had lying around in my humble library.

1- A spanish speaker.
2- Knowledgeable about the tradition of the magi.
3- A compulsive clicker who checks every single thread obsessively.
4- Just curious about what this is about.
All of the above. Half-Mexican, too. My family used to celebrate it, but there's been some pretty huge feuding going on recently, so that's the end of that. It was more of a Catholic tradition anyways (I'm Christian, but, being Mexican, most of my family is Catholic and thus celebrated it).

For anybody who's curious about what the heck it is:
Dia de los Santos Reyes (Day of the Holy Kings), or Three Kings Day, also known as the epiphany, is the Catholic celebration of the wise men's visit to baby Jesus. To celebrate this occasion, people will get together and exchange gifts as a reminder of how the three kings brought their gifts to Jesus. In some cultures/families, the children will leave shoes out the night before to be filled with small gifts/toys/fruit by the kings visiting them. It is common to, on this day, eat a rosca de reyes (king's bread), a round, bread topped with candied fruits which looks like this. Inside the bread is stuffed a tiny plastic figurine of baby Jesus. Whoever gets the slice with the baby in it is thereby chosen to hold the party next year.

In practice, it's basically a second Christmas. A good deal of people will even leave their Christmas trees up until this day has passed. Those of you from Louisiana will also probably note the similarity to the Mardis Gras king cake. It's a similar food based around the same day for a similar reason.

Edit:
In all that rambling, I forgot to mention I'm in for Bad Mojo Redux. I dunno the names of the kings, but my favorite is the guy who brought frankincense, because really, have you smelled that stuff?!

Is it true that the reasons Mexicans don't barbecue is because it's too hard to keep the beans from falling through the grill?

No, it's because they got smart and used the WHOLE thing rather than just this multiple-slat nonsense so you can properly heat the entire food rather than just scorch small strips of it.

Finally, I find the single most appropriate place to use this phrase:
I am offensive and I find this Mexican.

While typically the word "magi" refers to mages or followers of Zorostrianism, in this context, it's talking about the three wise men who visited Jesus as a baby in the Bible.

Honestly, it's a shame you're not in, I'd say you were well-qualified to win instantly just for showing that.
But hey, I'm not complaining. Gives me a better chance at the prize.
