2019 - After the Fall of New York.
Italian flick "inspired" by Escape From New York. Completely cheesy and unintentionaly hilarious, with the notable appearance of George Eastman, aka Big Ape, aka the Fetus Eater, aka The Sodomite Barbarian, aka the Self-Cannibal.
In the same vein, The New Barbarian is even worse/better.

bastont: I don't know about the rest of you, but this film sounds awesome.

Romulus: No really, it isn't! I like bad action films, but somehow this didn't even for fill this criteria.

I was just kidding...
Speaking of horrible movies I just watched Push.
Well, to be fair only the script, acting, directing, special effects, and camera work was horrible. I totally dug the concept. :-D

Master911: Last one I saw:
1408

Then it sounds like you can only go up in terms of quality.

honorbuddy: I just watched Death at a Funeral, and I haven't this hard in quite a while.

Stiler: Delicatessen (From the guy who helped maked city of lost children, it's not really kid-oriented though)

If by helped make you mean that he directed both then you are right.

I meant helped make because he co-wrote it (Gilles Adrien helped) and Co-directed it with Marc Caro (they are quite good friends, all three of them and they all helped on Delicatessen as well)

Fair enough. The bottom line is that yes, they are both good and quirky films and he should watch it.

recent movie i saw was The Hangover.
great guy comedy about friends having a crazy bachelor party in Las Vegas. They lose the groom tough.
Female members of our species can enjoy this movie too.
Recommended.
Tonight is a bastont special: I'm watching my two favorite movies back to back
The Crow and Blade Runner
If you haven't seen either, then... I'm sorry.

That better be the Directors Cut or The Final Cut for Blade Runner.

Final... I'm not a fan of poorly done voice overs.
I just saw Masters of Horror: The Black Cat. It's a fairly unique twist on the famous Poe story, featuring Poe himself. The gore, while sparse in spots, creates anticipation, and the payoffs are pretty great. It's slow-moving, but it's fascinating to watch Poe's decline into madness. I'd recommend horror fans to check it out. It's on Netflix's Watch Instantly service, and it runs about an hour. I'd also recommend checking out the rest of the Masters of Horror series (also all on Netflix's Watch Instantly). Though some of them are poorly-made or so-so, sometimes you come across a real winner like this one.
I just finished up Southland Tales tonight, and despite the combination of horrific critic reviews, a terrible theater run, and a less than impressive cast listing I must say I enjoyed it very, very much.
At the very least, I enjoyed it more than the directors other film Donnie Darko.
The Terminator - Always Recommended, Sequels not So Much
I saw UP yesterday. The movie is just wonderful. ^____^
Just watched The Day The Earth Stood Still (the new one)
I thought it was good. Nothing spectacular, but decent enough. Plenty of idiot balls being handed around though.
Going to be watching District 9 this Sunday. Can't wait, since it appears to have everything I want.
Also, I seem to have found a fellow troper, Andy, awesome! :D
