They always send email to old e-mail address to avoid any hacking attempts. This is same everywhere.

It`s a security thing. They send the email to your old address to make sure that really you changed the email address and not someone who has hijacked your account.

I know, right? GOG can be such a snitch at times...

Guys, clearly you don't understand. ambient_orange's old email account gained self awareness and was sending sapm to itself to annoy the hell out of orange. Now his old account knows about his knew account there's no telling what it's going to do out of revenge.

I would never dump my yahoo mail. I know I experimented with hotmail that one time, but it meant nothing to me.
